"Oh that is just from it sitting for so long" So I had it for maybe 2.5 weeks, no title yet and still a temp plate. Stuff started to go wrong and ended up being a bad radiator cap, water pump. Which explains that puddle under the car. Previous owners apparently knew about these problems either before or after. She acknowledge it by helping pay for the repairs(only reason I have changed it to a 2 star). Said she would not ignore me and leave my family hanging. What happened to your word? Had it for another week when it started to mis-fire. Ended up being spark plugs, which were original, as in never been changed spark plugs. Got ghosted big time. Had it for less than a week when it misfired again, hoping its just coil packs this time. I emailed quite a few times and no response whatsoever. All I ever wanted was an answer as to whether there would be more help with repairs. Even a sorry I have helped as much as I could and cannot do anymore would have sufficed. There was nothing. How much did they know about the problems before it was sold to me? I have emails stating the previous owners knew about the either current situation or the issues the car had before seliing it to me. This car has spent more time in the shop than on the road. My 2002 Ford f150 has been more reliable than the car I purchased and the f150 had been sitting for well over 10yrs! Back to square one of not trusting car dealerships.

A guy by the name of Rick answered the phone and told me that the vehicle was available. Rick assured me that he would call me if someone else was interested in the vehicle. To be proactive, I called my bank and was pre approved for the vehicle and I had my bank agent contact Red Ceder Auto Sales for the sales agreement. I never received a call from Rick so I assumed we were still good for our Wednesday appointment. I took the day off from work, drove 45 minutes out there only to find out that they sold the vehicle out from under me with no call and no email. For a bonus, I lost a $3,000 sale on a vehicle that I was trying to sell because these people cannot communicate with their customers. I would not do business with this company as they seem to only care about how much money they can squeeze from their victims. The only positive thing out of this was the owners daughter apologized. Unfortunately the apology will not make up for the time and money I lost. Buy here at your own risk. Hope this review helps. Thank you for reading.

I voiced that it didn't seem right that something must be wrong but the lady Paige at the desk told me "The price of oil is up". I'm a college student at MSU and they clearly just tried to screw me over. Ended up having my dad call up there because he was as enraged as I was and they ended giving me a refund over $200. Now the repair shop called and said the rear AC albumin line has a hole in it and there is no Freon in the system. And the repair will be $1248.00 DO NOT TRUST ANY ONE AT THIS DEALER THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM. Had to haggle and haggle and still ended up paying over $1000 more than the listed price, not including all the standard fees. Then, in under 5000 miles lost the use of the vehicle because of transmission failure! We feel like we have been robbed on so many levels! This same vehicle had a "full diagnostic" while it was repaired elsewhere...pretty sure a failing transmission would have been apparent and they sold it to us anyway. They fixed the body ok, but I noticed the car rode kinda bumpy , like I could feel every bump on the road. I brought it back asking them to look at it again and explained to them what the problem was. After taking another look at it, they still couldn't find anything. My insurance company suggested that compared to the shiny nice new rental that I got in the mean time my car might just seem to drive differently. I knew this wasn't the case though. There was still something wrong. So I took it to the Saturn Dealer afterward, and they were able to find the problem and fix it no problem. I don't know why this was so hard, but experiences like this lead me to always take my car into the dealer if I want it done right.
