Then, days later, got hit with a multi-thousand dollar third party charge for excess damage on old vehicle (which it did not have). Vehicle had never been in any accident, but even with me paying for an excessive wear and tear plan, it still cost me several thousands of dollars (almost a third of the total cost of the lease). No warning, no way to argue with the charge. Dealership just washed their hands of it and laughed at how badly they screwed me over. This is exactly what everyone fears when dealing with an auto lease. Thinking everything is good to go and then getting hit with a massive out of pocket hidden fee for absolutely nothing. It has made me detest my new vehicle and cannot wait to be done with this lease in a few years so I can never work with Ram again.

Don't be fooled, these guys are out to make money and don't give a crap about you. They are not your friends and will gladly let you buy that truck with a bad transmission and not say a word about it. Don't be fooled! Do your inspections! The cars on the lot are there for a reason! However, that was not my experience at all. Instead of offering in-house financing as advertised, they ran my application through an outside lender (Credit Acceptance). On top of that, I was told I would need to put down $5,500 on a vehicle -- which completely defeats the purpose of working with a BHPH dealer in the first place. At no point upfront was it made clear that they rely on third-party financing or require such a large down payment. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch: advertise flexible in-house financing to get customers in the door, then switch to traditional subprime lending with steep requirements. If you are specifically looking for a true Buy Here Pay Here dealership that works directly with customers on financing, I would strongly recommend asking very direct questions before engaging with this business -- or considering other options entirely. Transparency matters, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.
