It's still on a temporary tag. To make matters worse, she paid for an extended warranty, only to find out today that it was never even added to her vehicle. She had the car towed back to the dealership, and now they are avoiding her calls. This is completely unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here to think twice before buying from them. better business bureau is next.

Very Disappointing Experience - $2,000 A/C Repair After Purchasing Vehicle…read more I recently purchased a used 2021 Toyota Sienna online from Michigan Motors. After receiving the vehicle, I discovered that the air-conditioning system was not working. The fan was blowing air, but it was not producing cold air. I immediately tried to contact Michael at the dealership several times to report the problem. I left messages but did not receive a response. When I finally reached him, he told me he would speak with his manager and call me back. He never called me back. Because I needed the vehicle, I took it to a mechanic. I was informed that the A/C system had a leak and required a significant repair. Today, the vehicle was repaired, and I paid $2,000 out of my own pocket to fix the A/C system. Throughout this situation, I continued trying to contact the dealership. I was later told Michael was on vacation, so I asked to speak with his manager, John. I left a voicemail for John and initially received no response. When I finally spoke with him the following day, he told me he would investigate the situation and call me back in approximately one hour. I waited all day, and nobody called me back. What disappoints me most is not only the $2,000 repair bill shortly after receiving the vehicle, but also the lack of communication and follow-through from the dealership. I repeatedly called trying to resolve the situation professionally, and multiple promised callbacks never happened. I purchased this vehicle in good faith and expected the dealership to take my concerns seriously, especially because the A/C problem was discovered immediately after I received the vehicle. I am asking motorcarsonline in Lansing Michigan to contact me and provide a reasonable resolution regarding the $2,000 A/C repair expense that I have now paid.also I'm going to take this issue next level If Michigan Motors resolves this matter fairly, I will gladly update this review to reflect their response and resolution.

Normally it would be taken to the dealer in Lansing where we bought it, but their phone tree access to Service is the worst I have ever experienced; dead end phone options, prompts for an extension number we didn't have and transfers to nothingness before my call was dropped. We scheduled our service visit in Jackson.

I bought this for my wife who is 9 months pregnant so buyer beware if you want to buy something for yourself, significant other, or even when sending a kid to college. I would expect this from RPM or one of the lesser businesses but at this point shaheen is right there with them. I will admit I bought with tho warranty but a 2018 with 79,xxx miles should not have metal flakes in the oil especially with an early change. Something their service probably overlooked. Oh well, now I have to deal with this $15,000 paper weight and a new baby. Thanks shaheen. Lastly I see they have their Google reviews suspended due to too many high ratings, of course they'll say they have nothing to do with that tho right?
