Appointment at 2, didn't start on me until 3. I understand sometimes things get busy and there is a limited amount of staff but there's no point in making an appointment if you're not going to be helped at the chosen time. My technician, older male, didn't pull instruments out of sterile packaging, just out of a drawer where the instrument was free. "Sterilized" instrument by spraying rubbing alcohol on it, I could only tell as I could smell it. There is no way they could have sterilized the instrument as there was a client in the station I was sat in literal minutes before I was put there. It seemed like the only "cleaning" that was done was that a new liner was put in the water basin. My service was very rushed. Even though I got the basic package for pedicures the level of care was low. My mom got a pedicure too and her technician, Sara, spent much more care and time on the same "package" level as me. My tech rushed through nail prep and only gave a weak massage for maybe 2 minutes when the package said 5-7minutes. Sara, who my mother saw, was great. She was very attentive and skilled. She was sweet and was conversing with my mom. Sara did a great job on the pedicure and gave a solid massage. She didn't rush through and made my mom feel welcomed. Whereas my technician never said a word to me, rushed through the service and made me feel like I was a customer on an assembly line. When my nails were being dremeled to remove old gel polish the technician was quite rough. It actually hurt slightly which has NEVER happened before, no matter where I go. My nails are not sensitive and the fact this is the first time it has ever happened points to technician skill/handling. The handling of my feet in general was stiff and uncomfortable. The techs nails were long and pinched my skin when he was moving my toes. He used his finger nails to scrape polish off my skin (uncomfortable) rather than use polish remover. Overall the finished product of the pedicure was fine, but that wasn't the case for my full set. The same male technician did my manicure where I got a full set with gel polish. There was no sort of measuring used when trimming the false nails to the length I wanted. Multiple of my nails are different lengths than the ones next to them on the same hand and they are different lengths when the same fingers are compared on both hands. And it's not like it's a small amount of difference in length, several of the nails are considerably longer than their match on the other hand. The nails were supposed to be almond shaped but the shape of the nail was different for almost every single finger. There is also nail polish on the skin of my fingers which I only noticed after I had left. I was extremely frustrated by my manicure quality as the full set cost me $65 (before tip) and they weren't even done correctly. The price of my service for manicure was $65, and $50 for the pedicure with gel polish despite the fact the basic package I chose was $30 (meaning they charged $20 to use gel nail polish!!). So all together I ended up paying $115 for a really awful service and my nails look awful. The only good thing about my experience was Sara and the other female technicians. If I could have given 100% of the tip to Sara, I would have. One of the female techs was kind enough to give me two $5 off coupons for next time. But given the bad experience I had today it's unlikely I will return and use the coupons. *EDIT* just found out they charged me $65 for a full set with gel polish but the website says it's $50. None of their services are listed as $65. So they charged me $15 more for what???? read more

I've gone here with my cousins on many occasions. Looks like this last visit was my last visit. Prices have increased along with pressure to pick the top package. Add ons have increased too. Also, be careful. The lady was extremely aggressive with callus filing. Scrapped a chunk off my heel. There is more... a day later the gel ($15) and matte top coat ($5) is chipping off. Went here on a whim after breakfast because I saw they're under new management and had gorgeous Instagram photos. It did not disappoint. They took my temperature and had me wash my hands and in and out in an hour but in no way did I feel rushed. Great prices and super friendly techs! I can't believe this place has 5 stars. The nail tech are rude, the salon is filthy and the techs have no problems talking nasty about you in front of you. The lady who seems to be the boss doesn't care how her techs treat clientele and seems to encourage the bad behavior. The tech I had was rough with my nails, over sanded them and made fun of the color I chose (pearl white) to her coworkers. They all had a good look, laugh and comment exchange. This place has fabulous reviews and all the pictures looked fabulous so I tried it out. I called the day before for an appointment for 7 girls and it was very easy to schedule an appointment. When we walked in, we were all instantly seated and serviced. They were very flexible, very kind and very efficient. I showed my nail tech a picture of what I wanted and he replicated it perfectly! The staff is very friendly and are always helpful to try new things and do what you like on your nails. The facility is clean bathroom clean as well. Prices are reasonable. My 12 year old daughter and I went get Christmas nails done two days before Christmas Eve. She was sitting in the row in front of me. A gentleman was doing her nails. While the nails turned out nice, my 12 year old daughter's cuticles were red, sore, and bleeding in places. The drill slipped as he shaped her nails, he used the abrasive nail file on her cuticles, and even picked skin from them. When we got in the car she showed me and said how badly they burned. They looked painful, were bright red, and swollen. A few places on her cuticles scabbed over and are still healing a week later. I hope they remove that tech, and I hope you will consider going somewhere else. read more

I had not had a pedicure in a while and decided I needed one on a whim. After being turned away at 3 salons because they were too busy, T&T Nails made time for me even though they were busy too. I'm glad I ended up there! I get ingrown toe nails, and other places have caused me extreme pain, cut me and made me bleed, and even caused infection. Not only did none of these things occur at T&T Nails, my pedicure also looks fantastic! I wish I would have asked my nail techs name so I could ask for her again! Not a great experience overall. I called in to book, but still I waited 30 minutes with my feet in cool water before my pedicure started. Then it was only 15 minutes long from start to finish, she seemed very rushed probably because there were other people sitting waiting for pedicures like I was. NO STARS AND THIS IS Why..... My daughter surprised me with an appointment for a full set and pedicure since life has been super hard for me lately. Our appointment was at 5:30pm. Left at 8:30 with the worst pedicure I have ever had! To top that off they never got to my nails. The exfoliation that was supposed to be provided in my service was slapped on my shins a hand stroke down and up then rinsed off, so no massage and no exfoliation on my actual feet. She filed my toenails numerous times and kept getting up to tend to God only knows what.The detox cream was only applied to my shins and wiped off with cold rags. Then couldn't find the simple color white I wanted. My kiddo was nervous and paid for these services or lack there of after I told her not to and walked out $177.00 dollars later. I went back in because my tail bone was killing me from sitting there for 3 hrs to inform them that this was absolutely unacceptable and see if they would make this better considering this was our FIRST time in and she argued with me! My boyfriend and I went here before going on vacation We were looking to get a mani pedi. They were very busy so we asked how long the wait...we were willing to wait or even come back later. We were in no rush just wanted a good experience. They rushed us into seats that had not been cleaned. The pedicure for my boyfriend took only 15 minutes and they did not even clean under his toes. While I was having my manicure the nail tech continued to get up to check the door. She cut three of my fingers which later became infected. She told me that my nails were uneven ( I thought to myself isn't that why I am here). The polish did not even go all the way down my nail bed and was all over my fingers. My gel manicure has lasted 3 days and is chipped. I am very disappointed and was told to go back so they could fix the problem. But, I don't even want to return because we were rushed, not taken care of, and not treated correctly for a mani/pedi. I would not return. read more
