I told him I needed 5 quarts 30 wt non detergent and a filter I had a part number for the filter. Mike was great super helpful friendly He went across the store came back with my 5 quarts then he went to a computer behind the counter punched in numbers and he said, "Got it!" Mike was back in a flash with my special oil filter. The price of oil has gone up we all know, but I haven't bought any in a couple years 6.49 a quart WOW!!. Mike at checkout applied a discount that I didn't know about he saved me 13.95. Mike provided great service very professional. AutoZone on Rosedale has all your parts, Thank you Mike I went home and changed the oil myself in 30 minutes.

Several customers ahead were engaged in longer part consultations at the counter, which slowed everything down. I asked a team member if there was a separate line for quick, over the counter purchases. I was directed to the same line, with no alternative option. Key issues: No separation between quick purchases and detailed consultations Long wait times for simple transactions Inefficient use of staff during peak demand There were at least 4 to 5 customers ahead of me making quick purchases, yet all were stuck waiting behind lengthy consultations. This created unnecessary delays. If the goal is to improve in store sales and customer experience, consider: Assigning one staff member to handle quick purchases Creating a separate line for simple transactions Managing consultation flow more efficiently This process needs improvement.
