I inherited my mother's car and my mother always purchased a "AAA" brand of battery. When the battery died on my me, I went to the place I have been going to for the past 15+ years. I stayed in the lobby, as I always do, and when the technician was done, said all set. I paid $120.00 for a 4 year warranty, brand new battery, or so I thought. As the year went by, I'm independent and check my oil, put in fluids in my car every now and then and looked at the battery to see it's a the same name battery as my mother always purchased. At the time, I thought, well maybe they sell the same battery brand and didn't think about it until I was ready to take my other car in for a new battery. Then it hit me! I checked for all my receipt of when I took Mom's car in and lo and behold, My mother kept that receipt, from 2015, in her glove compartment. The same brand, same numbers, written on this receipt for this Mom's car. So I called them and asked they what brand of batteries they sell and he said Centurion. He also said that's all they have every sold for the past 15 + years. Someone got a new battery, but I didn't. Maybe a wire was loose or he jimmied something, but, I have proof / prior receipts that they didn't install a new battery in my car. As my Mama used to say, "A word to the wise is sufficient" Check you car after you have sat in the lobby waiting and trusting they have done what they say they have done. I just got off the phone with the owner and he was so cruel and cold, no customer service at all. Called me names and said I was full of ..... At the end of the conversation he said o.k. bring in your receipts and I'll take a look at it. I don't even want to see what kind of man this is, ever. I am letting the whole thing go. I regret ever giving them my business.

A $1.25 hot wheels car goes for $3.49 and $10 for a 5 pack I usually get for about $7.99. I had to tell my grandson no to getting an Indy hot wheels that was $11.00 for an $7 car. So they will definitely stay right there until they drop their prices. . Customer service here was horrible today because the 3 men working here looked at me as if i wanted to stand and wait as they gossiped behind the counter possibly ignoring my existence. JoJo came from the back of the store to help 2 female customers and myself out all while the other 3 looked like Caltrans workers watching JoJo do the shoveling as they leaned on their shovels gossiping about something. Took my Mac book Pro in to get a new battery, well things didn't go as planned somehow when they…read morewere installing the new battery, my mother board got a short, I was not happy to hear that when I went to pick it up, but the gentleman was so sorry and they had already ordered a new board, they took full responsibility for the issue. The new board came in 2 days later they installed it and had me do everything on my Mac to make sure I had no issues, they charged me $145 for my battery replacement. Told me if I had any issues to please bring it back in and they would take care of it. This was not the closest place to my home but I called the place on Callaway and Rosedale and the guy who answered the phone was cocky and rude. I am glad I came here even though it took longer and we had a minor setback. They are honest reliable and respectful.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service I rarely leave…read morenegative reviews, but my recent visit I came in expecting help with a simple issue, picking up a new phone and happy instead left feeling ignored, disrespected, and completely dissatisfied. the wait time was ridiculous -- I stood around for nearly 15 minutes while employees chatted among themselves, barely acknowledging the customers in the store. When I was finally helped, the representative seemed uninterested and rushed, offering vague answers and acting like my questions were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, they gave me incorrect information about my account When I tried to get clarification, I was met with more confusion and zero accountability. No one took the time to actually listen or resolve the issue properly. I've been a Verizon customer for years, but this experience seriously made me question that loyalty. I hope this was an isolated incident, but based on the attitude in that store, I'm not confident it is. Do better, Verizon.
