They couldn't even find me in their system because they said they updated their program system. The assistant branch manager said he can prorate for a new battery and the battery cost $380 everything out the door would be $434.99...So I told him ...Where's the pro- rate... he basically charged me the normal price . I told him no thank you I will take my business elsewhere I will never go back to that place again. I had bought three expensive batteries from their place before ,now they just lost a good customer. I asked a team member if there was a separate line for quick, over the counter purchases. I was directed to the same line, with no alternative option. Key issues: No separation between quick purchases and detailed consultations Long wait times for simple transactions Inefficient use of staff during peak demand There were at least 4 to 5 customers ahead of me making quick purchases, yet all were stuck waiting behind lengthy consultations. This created unnecessary delays. If the goal is to improve in store sales and customer experience, consider: Assigning one staff member to handle quick purchases Creating a separate line for simple transactions Managing consultation flow more efficiently This process needs improvement.
