It indeed was not busy and I was thankful as I have a toddler and 7 month old. I needed an oil change, and they asked if I wanted to stay in or get out and said it would be about 15 minutes. I opted to stay put as my 7 month old had just fallen asleep and I didn't want to wake her up. I had a fan and water to keep her cool and my toddler as well. Well they get started and 15 minutes go by.. then 30.. then 45. Finally one of the employees tells me that they broke the cap and had to replace it but they were out of stock at that location. I was frustrated as I hadn't planned on being there that long and especially since I had my kids in the back. If they would have told me what had happened when it did, I would have taken them out and went inside. They proceed to tell me that they wouldn't get the part for 2 hours (I got there at 3). They let us all get out of the car and into the waiting area. They ended up being able to find a part that fit and so it didn't take an additional 2 hours. I was there for an hour maybe a little more. The employees were professional but the fact that they waited to tell me and on top of having my littles with me in the heat for that long was not cool. I guess next time I'll just take my kids out just in case that ever happens again.. overall I'm not sure I'd go back here. Wanted to clarify it wasn't about the part being broken more so that they waited to tell me and had me and my kids in the heat longer than necessary.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Oil Change and Tire Service…read more I am writing to formally express my frustration with the recent service I received. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, and there was a serious issue. The technician did not apply the proper torque to the lug nuts, using an impact gun right away instead of starting them by hand, and each must be started by hand to ensure correct the wheel was put on right . If I hadn't stopped them, the bolts would have been driven in improperly, and one rim was left crooked because it wasn't cleaned before installation. I also spoke with the store manager, who initially acknowledged the problem, saying he understood and would address the issues with his employees. However, instead of taking this seriously, he dismissed my concern, saying not to worry, that it would be covered under a warranty. There is no formal guarantee in writing, though, and once I leave, if a tire fails or a bolt is warranty, how will you prove this wasn't caused by me? If it happens on the road, you have no way to verify, and you are simply excusing yourselves by mentioning a nonexistent warranty expect a concrete solution and a written assurance that this work will be upheld. It's a poor value due to tu lack of knowledge how to work in a car.

Except my tire popped and it ripped open my gas pipe so I could no longer fuel up my tank without it leaking and not getting into my gas tank. It's really nice that when you call and he doesn't pick up, it sends an automated message and from there he gets back to you and you can message him your problem first to make sure he can fix it before wasting your time getting there and him not being able to fix the problem. After taking a look at my car's issue, he lets us kno what he can do and that he needs to get the parts the next day when the dealership opens back up in the morning. Next day rolls by and I message him in the morning asking for an update. He lets me know the dealership does not have our parts but offers a solution to get me back home! He fixes the issue quickly and at a great price! Jeremy is a credible and authentic mechanic!!! Very reliable. Another mention! When he was done assessing the issue, we asked if we could leave the car with him and uber back to our hotel since we didn't have any gas left. He said yes and so we left the keys with him. Me and my friend, both girls, were now waiting outside 15 minutes for our uber in the dark. However Jeremy waited for our uber to get there and then left, what a gentleman!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Took it to these guys after my catalytic got stolen. I had…read moreit replaced and new oxygen sensors put on. I continued to have problems. Took it in, they found leaks which they said caused the oxygen sensors to go bad and would likely need a new catalytic converter. They had my car for a month and a half. I kept calling asking for updates and same excuse, that the parts had not arrived. FINALLY, they said the part arrived and ready to be picked up. I paid them $2000, leave their shop, make my first left turn and the check engine light came on. So I take it back in, they have my car for another couple weeks, say they fixed it and check engine lights comes on immediately as I leave their lot. I paid $2000 for them to fix it so I continue taking it back a few more times with hopes that I didn't waste my money. I give up. I've been out of a car, in total, for 4 months since I initially took it in and basically flushed $2k down the toilet. They didn't even have the courtesy to inflate my tires when I picked it up the last time. STAY AWAY from this place.
