I drove with my hazard lights on…read morefor 20 minutes to make it to this shop because I got a surprise flat tire and this was the only shop open in all of Bakersfield until 7pm. I made it into the parking lot at 6:55pm and was ignored by the three initial people I saw. I tried to understand because who comes in 5 minutes before closing but there were multiple trucks being worked on and the owners were different ethnicities than I was. I then spoke up to one of the workers and he said speak to someone in the office, the manager. I had already went into the office and no one was there but as I walked back up to the office, he came out and I asked if I could get a used tire as I just drove 20 minutes to make it. He denied me service while speaking to another customer(who wasn't my ethnicity/race) who came in after me. At this point it's 7:02pm. I begged him for a tire, didn't care the cost and he blatantly told me no and said he didn't care, because they were closed while getting tire info from the person who just pulled in. Insane!

I never gave anyone permission to move my car, nor take it to a different location. Sister store, i dont care! You ask first if something of that nature happens. Did they really expect me to be okay with that? I not once had any idea my car was not being worked on at the original location. Horrible customer service. I will never go back. I prefer to pay more anywhere else than to do service with them again. Communication is key. Anything could have happened. Not okay. Dont recommend doing any business here. They just kept blaming each other and did nothing to make amends or make up for it.

Service was amazing, both on the phone and with the tire. They had me back on the road within in 30 minutes, and I was able to make my dinner with 15 minutes to spare. He looked up the factory specs checked all the tires Very efficient Tony did a super job. Glad I stopped in America's tires, it's where I buy my Toyota Tacoma tires. Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Oil Change and Tire Service…read more I am writing to formally express my frustration with the recent service I received. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, and there was a serious issue. The technician did not apply the proper torque to the lug nuts, using an impact gun right away instead of starting them by hand, and each must be started by hand to ensure correct the wheel was put on right . If I hadn't stopped them, the bolts would have been driven in improperly, and one rim was left crooked because it wasn't cleaned before installation. I also spoke with the store manager, who initially acknowledged the problem, saying he understood and would address the issues with his employees. However, instead of taking this seriously, he dismissed my concern, saying not to worry, that it would be covered under a warranty. There is no formal guarantee in writing, though, and once I leave, if a tire fails or a bolt is warranty, how will you prove this wasn't caused by me? If it happens on the road, you have no way to verify, and you are simply excusing yourselves by mentioning a nonexistent warranty expect a concrete solution and a written assurance that this work will be upheld. It's a poor value due to tu lack of knowledge how to work in a car.

They came back and told her about 20 minutes later that they can't rotate her tires because the back are cooked so bad mind you these tires are only three months old from them anyways they told her she needs to purchase new shocks from them at $490 and that will stop the cupping in the rear. They said that the back shocks are blown out on a 2019 Silverado that's never towed before long story short they did not admit to me that they rotated my tires when the whole reason I sent her in there was to rotate the front tires to the back because they were really getting cut long story short they're trying to sell shocks to a woman I went to target and got the footage from them. I had to pay $100 to get that camera footage, but it was worth it. They're gonna eat their words that they lied to me their manager in their name Erick was very rude and unprofessional. He told me their cameras didn't work in their facilities. All I asked was for him to be honest with me. I would not recommend this business to anybody they treat you like your garbage and lie to you just to upsell to a woman. I change the brakes over the weekend on the truck. That's the whole reason I sent her in to get them rotated. The cupping was bad in the front and needed to get to the back when I got there today. They told me they didn't rotate anything that those are the bad tires in the back because of the shocks they're lying. They're just sticking to their story but the good thing target gave me the footage I needed to take it to the next level.
