They took care of my wife's BMW for 2nd time with tires. The 1st time they fix a flat to get us to where we needed to go to replace them. I've taken my car to them plenty of times very " convenient and cheap " and each time it seems like it's gotten worse , one time I took it for a starter replacement they completely f*** up the car it wasn't turning on anymore after that took them 3 different visits to fix the issue they don't know simple diagnosis && , then they changed my brakes and tires turns out they never changed the tires but still charged me But I have no tread after the "new " tires ! Brakes still make the same noise plus added more to that . Very unprofessional business now I have to go pay someone else to fix the mistakes they made !!!! Worst service ever! These guys are over priced and have wormy employees. These guys were hammering on the socket to fit the lugs and took forever. On top of that it was 60 dollars for 1 used tire for a small car. Come on by and enjoy the shitty service and lazy unknowledgeable employees. I broke one of the wheel studs off of my car and the guys at Ramos Tires were great! The guy over the phone quoted me a great price for the work and I came over immediately to do it. This is the most honest & helpful mechanic shop I've ever been to. I'm so thankful for them, they won't overcharge you & they'll give you the best deals possible. I brought my 2010 Honda Civic in & they tried to help me as much as they possibly could, it ended up being a electrical issue which they don't fix but I thought it was my alternator so they literally uninstalled me & took it to O'reilieys to get it checked & when it came back good they charged me absolutely nothing... & put my old alternator back in. I 100% recommend trusting your car with these guys. read more

They're friendly and very helpful. Bilingual as well if needed and very knowledgeable. Also if you come on the right day, or call ahead to ask, they have a 'technician' that can put on simple parts like A/C housing units or whatnot. I had a leak in my tire that was pretty bad. It's Christmas Eve so I wasn't sure if anything was going to be open. Luckily this tire shop was open. When I arrived, although they were working on cars, they were quick to greet me. I told them what had happened and they were so kind and helpful. They were very nice to offer me both either a patch or a new used tire, they weren't forceful trying to make you buy a new tire if you didn't have to. They said it was totally up to me but their professional opinion was to get a new tire especially since I had to go out of state. I forgot to get the name of the guy who helped me but he was very friendly. They offered me to sit in side the office because it's cold outside. I still decided to stand outside but while the man was fixing my tire he took his time to have a conversation with me and still got the job done quick. I want to say about 25mins or less I was out! I had to get a new tire before and at other places it took me about 1 hour. Here they are affordable, and quick! Will definitely go back if something went wrong with my tires again. read more
