Driving back through Bakersfield we had a blowout on our trailer. Not everyone stocks trailer tires, and nobody was open on President's Day. I called Hector and he was just about to close for the day, and he not only had the tire in stock but stayed late to install it. Rare to find that kind of service these days, and at a fair price. Thanks Hector! read more

Wow never been to a tire shop that had such amazing customer service. They were super attentive. Brian the manager always goes above and beyond the needs of his cusomers. I went in not knowing a thing about tires and left with knowledge about the tires that were best for my car. He explained everything to me thoroughly to make sure i didn't feel like I was beeing duped or overpriced for the service and tires. He is such a professional as well and did not make me feel uncomfortable which is a huge deal beeing a young woman going to a tire shop (ladies you know exactly what I mean). Lol They have 2 waiting areas, one outside and one inside. I love that for the weather we have here in Bakersfield they are not stingy with that AC for the waiting area inside :) ... They also have a large flat screen TV and let their customers have control of what we watch. Overall it was such a great expirience and will definitely recomend them to my family and friends. read more
