We were having trouble connecting a speaker my son had purchased elsewhere and these guys went in completely ran the wiring, double checked every connection and trouble shot the entire system and helped us find the speaker itself was bad. I have taken my car here a couple of times because they do good work..but today I went in with my stereo parts to be installed...after previously calling and asking would they be able to install my parts...came in and it must of been a different guy then who I talked to over phone but when I got their he asked what I wanted...i said i need some parts i purchased online installed..the dude laughed at me like he was offended because didn't buy my products from his shop..well buddy its not my fault you don't sell quality brand names in there...[skar audio]...he made it seem like what I have is not worth his time...after he literally lied to me in my face about appointments and I called him out on it..he still said they don't do appointments..after he said he was booked and had appointments pending....and then told me to bring it in wensday but he would have it done till 7pm...so it would take them a whole day to install a stereo but what's crazy is a couple weeks back when I went in and I was gonna buy everything from them they were happy to take my truck and install everything even said it'll take an hour and half .....but anyways the dude their needs to stop lieng to people and get it together...good thing I took my business somewhere else with a professional..installed same day up the way took at least an hour...great thing no liars just straight up buisness people...making that money...i wouldn't recommend car audio pros to nobody after this nothing but haters in my opinion... read more

We went here when I bought a used vehicle that didn't come equipped with Bluetooth for my cellphone, so I decided to put a new stereo that had that capability. Not to mention the stereo speakers were blown and it needed to be upgraded anyways. Upon entering the store we were totally out of our element since we are used to purchasing new vehicles and a stereo upgrade is nothing we ever seem to think about. We, I'm sure looked as stupid as we felt but no one made us feel that way. We were greeted and asked exactly what we were in the market for. And I told them exactly what I wanted. Nothing fancy, just a basic stereo with Bluetooth capabilities so I can talk hands free on my phone. They got my number and didn't try to sell me anything more. I'm not a turn it up kinda girl!! So we chose one of the two they showed us and we went home and got our truck because it was going to be at least 2 hours and we didn't want to wait. So unfortunately it wasn't as cheap as we thought because that 2 hours of waiting we went shopping!!! But these guys did a great job, didn't over sell me. Did it fast, clean, looks good and sounds good. I can talk hands free. I'm just not techy so I'm still having to figure out all the bells and whistles and there aren't many!!! read more

I am really happy with this place. We had an Apple play put in our Jeep in May 2019 along with a front and back camera. The backup camera started acting, going upside down 9 out of 10 times when I tried to go in reverse. The USB port to hook the phone to the Apple Play was acting up also. Finally in this month in November 2019 we were able to get it in to have it fixed. They stood by their product and install and replaced our camera and USB port free of charge. The new camera works correctly and looks even better than the old one. It is super clear. I couldn't be happier for choosing them for our install. We will be using them again. Came in for a Bluetooth capable stereo with a mic after purchasing a vehicle with an old a** receiver and was greeted by a helpful and fantastic staff. Nice guys that were knowledgeable and friendly to me and my 11 year old daughter and gave me a no b.s. price right off the bat. I got installed with a module for a JBL speaker system for a late Model Toyota truck and a Bluetooth microphone CD stereo in under an hour for $300 bucks out the door. PRO's... That's what I want. Quality High-End install. Kenwood Head. Pioneer 6x9's, 6.5's, Tweeters. That sings with my amps, subwoofer, EQ. This is my second install at Car Audio PRO. This time my SUV. Had great experience with the crew here. Pete(friendly country demeanor, very comfortable to converse with). Bobby(Cool Audio head, aka Fonzie, answers my questions). Ed(Tech-Head, Gotten great prices. Yelp'Rs would be pleased. Talk to him till the Prices is sweet). Think Ed is the main Man. CAPro Owner. Essentially I got prices much better than Best Buy with installs completed. Which(BB) usually may have a single item sale. Ed gave me the package sweet price, like every item on sale. Be careful of Best Buys car audio installs. Tho they have three level prices of installs(Hmmmm...3 different quality levels speaker installs)... Only BB's advanced level installs were fitting and suit my needs(But so expensive). Two installers today at Car Audio PRO's. Manuel did my install. I went over all my requirements with him. Very pleased with Manuel. Think this Install PRO is about age 30. Myself, I, prefer not young kids do my High-Tech installs. Update. Ed free upgraded my 6.5's to series D with richer sound. Supplier vendor did'nt have it in old series A. Manual fixed replaced a RCA lead. I had no sound in my rear driver side speaker for a few years. Since I already paid for my system the prior week. They not charged me for this. Update. Ok. Just checked everything. No scratches, cracks anywheres. System sounds awesome. A really good job. Am I happy you ask. Five Stars like other Yelp'Rs who posted here Update 04/11/15 Wow!! Had to ask CA PRO where's my Bluetooth phone Kenwood Mic. I looked under dash everywhere. Kenwood Paper instructions diagram shows the Mic leads routed to left driver side(taped) with Mic stickyed to area in front of MPH Dial. Big Yuck. Manuel the installer came out and said the Mic is on windshield ledge area, sortta by left border of rear view mirror. So So So Sweet. Big Time. No leads is showing. I did'nt even know the Mic was already installed. Active but not protruding to driver. Gosh I'm so impressed. The day or so before I had an issue with my 10 plus years old dash EQ. My old leads for front left speaker n tweet was currupted from EQ. Veteran age 30+ CA PRO installer Saul diagnosed this to an oxidized EQ button . I was'nt charged. Thus my full experience with Car Audio PRO's was awesome. I'm sure if these final touches was done by Best Buys... I would have had to pay some serious Bucks. read more

We came in to get LED Headlights for our '15 Ford Fusion and I went in there already expecting how much it was going to be, so it ended up working out. He let us know he would make sure the car doesn't reject the lights before charging me, so I thought that was generous of him to do that. They were done in 40 mins! Just went to this place and couldn't be more excited. I have been desperate to upgrade my headlights, as the ones that came on my car are very dim halogens. However, I have not had luck in my quest to get my headlights upgraded in the past (they would be rejected by the car or the shop would say it is not possible). I went to get my aftermarket stereo adapter for my steering wheel controls installed. I first went to Stereo Center (White Lane and Stine), the guy assisting, walked outside to look at my car and give me a quote in putting in the adapter. He said, $55 and it would take an hour and a half. o_O Say what? I'm from LA and I know that price is high. So I decided to drive just a little bit further and ended up at Car Audio Pros where Bob? quoted me $40 and with a 30 minute time estimate without looking at my car. My wife purchased a new car and was dead set on having the tech package just because it included the back up camera , but I convinced her to have it installed aftermarket. After shopping around , and reading reviews online we came into car audio to see what they had in stock. The guys there are really friendly , I let them know my budget and they gave me 2 great options , one a few 100$ under my budget (which was awesome) and one 200$ over (for a better quality head unit ) They gave us the pros and cons of both , and weren't pushy , leaving the choice up to us. my wife made her choice , and stressed the fact that she is extremely picky and wanted it all to look original. We ended up having to order a completely new dash kit to fit the unit and had to come back the following day while the parts arrived. The work took about a day , and when we were able to pick up the car were extremely satisfied! they did an amazing job , it looks OEM and everything sits flush. When it was all said and done i ended up with the package 200$ over budget ,which my wife wanted , but it came with a new touch screen double din, with navigation , and a backup camera for half the price! The back up camera package alone would have cost me twice as much at the dealership. Extremely happy with the purchase , and quality of work ! The only issues I have is the back up camera line assist are a little weird to adjust , and they don't turn with the steering wheel ,they are just constantly straight (which I know not all cars have that feature) and the touch screen responsiveness on the pioneer can be a stickler , sometimes you really gotta push and hold for a second to make sure you press the correct letter when typing in a letter close to the edges of the screen , and for some reason the pioneer doesn't work with the answer button on our steering wheel, but it may just be that particular model. Definitely would recommend this shop for anyone looking to save money on the ridiculous prices dealerships try to charge. read more
