They sell a lot of cute clothing especially some Hello kitty stuff like the skateboard I posted. So cool. So worth the splurge and definitely check out their sale items. Customer service here was nice. The lady behind the counter explained that there are no returns on sales items because it's final clearance. Store was clean inside and everything was organized. Very nice. I would definitely come back again to check out more stuff.

Located on the upper level, next to T&C Surf Designs, Local Motion has the nicest employees and a great selection of name brands like: Hurley Billabong O'Neil Quiksilver There are a lot of t-shirts, shorts, flip flops, tote bags, towels, surf accessories, etc. to choose from! I had purchased some shirts last year and the size wasn't right. The normal exchange policy is within 90 days. However, they let me get a different size and I gladly paid the difference! Love to take the drive out here as it's just so quite and nice besides I didn't get a chance to visit the newest addition to this Windward Mall location on the second floor and found it nice as it's obviously new though the inventory is up too high here as what they have in the reachable area is very limited to I had to ask for help to reach the very tippy top box which the staff was more than helpful to do so but would be nice if I would be able to try it on my own as I already knew exactly what I wanted but if I didn't know and had to keep asking for assistance that would be a bit annoying for me personally as I like to do it at my leisure. The deal was fabulous as I earned double points and had bonus $5 credit on top of the sale price it was well worth the drive and to get the exact pair that I really wanted. Thank you!

At the time of purchase the salesperson said TNF has a lifetime warranty on their product and I appreciated the heads up. I take good care of my jackets and today I wore it for protection from the heavy rain. When I got home I noticed the inside lining of the hood was peeling. Other than that the jacket was in mint condition. Non fading, no tears, all zippers were in good working order. Fortunately, I still had the receipt so I went to the TNF store at Ala Moana Shopping Center to see what can be done. Salesperson 969009 assisted me with my issue with the jacket and after answering a few questions he then inspected the jacket and agreed it was well taken care of and in good condition. I filled out a form and to my surprise I received a full refund in a gift card. Not prorated but a full refund! I immediately looked around the floor and found another light jacket to my liking and purchased it from the store. Just want to say the salesperson (unfortunately I didn't get his name) was very helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. If I still worked as a store manager for Nordstrom I would have recruited him immediately.

I always find something new which always gets my noggin gears going, though their clothing area is quite smaller in comparison to other equivalent shop it's much more specific and do carry certain pricier brands and have been lucky to find a few items, it's the home items they carry here are the winner. She immediately put my mind at ease and her customer service quickly exceeded my expectations! She explained exactly what they carried, checked their current stock, and put some items on the side for me so I could come down and try them on. Once we arrived, she was incredibly patient and helpful. My son came along with me and had a ton of questions of his own, and Taylor was just as patient and thorough with him. We walked out with my new base layers, and even my son commented on how the store was filled with staff who had customer service just flowing out of their pores! I appreciate the ease of movement and moisture-wicking material which makes it really good for optimum running motion. I was satisfied with my shirt and shorts I got. Will definitely be using these for my runs. I mostly knew Patagonia for being popular with tourists for the shirt that has Patagonia Honolulu on it but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of their workout gear.
