Called AAA today when we had problems with our *very low* vintage VW. Rodriguez was at our location within 20 minutes. When he called to tell us he was on way, I expressed concern because of how low the car was. He responded "I see that this is a 1960 VW, I will take very good care of your baby". They impossible to get ahold of, kept going to a generic voicemail and they kept extending their arrival time. I called USAA who also confirmed they could not get ahold of them so the agent promptly rescheduled with another tow service, "TC TOWING, LLC." Within minutes of hanging up with the USAA agent, the driver from TC called me with an ETA and the rest of the experience went smoothly. TC Towing was responsive, punctual and professional. My friend and I had called to get my car towed through AAA and this company picked up the call. The man took 3 hours later than the estimated time of arrival and sat in the parking lot across the street for 30 minutes. He got here and was asked about the wait because it was time sensitive and we weren't given contact info and he was rude about it. He continued go elevate the situation and then chose to give my friend her ID back and drove away. We called the company and the lady she'll at the front defended the man's attitude and instead of imposing a solution or telling me she called AAA to figure it out and was going to handle to employee she argued about mine and mg friends attitude. This company seems like a complete scam. Texted me an absolutely fake "tracker" like you would get from dominos, and then 29 minutes AFTER the driver was supposed to arrive (after 4 hours), I called them to find out "uh sowwy he cancelled". No explanations, nothing to help me get my vehicle off the road 4 HOURS after they were originally contacted, and in torrential downpour. I am not the kind of person to leave reviews on businesses ,but this was so bad there's no way I couldn't not make a yelp account and call this out. I legitimately believe this was a scam to steal my car or try to fleece the insurance company somehow. Never dealt with such a clown show. So bad in fact, I am changing my home and auto insurance company over this for being so dumb to refer them. read more

Was given a 90 minute ETA and after being stranded on the side of the road for 3 hours I was told it would be another 80 minutes.

Supposed to have car towed by these guys. No show, no answer when you call them. Do not use these guys - find another alternative

No one wants to need a tow, but unfortunately it happens. AAA led me to James Bender from T&C Towing who was prompt, professional and provided overall excellent service loading and towing my car from Greenwood Village to Broomfield in rush hour no less. 5 Stars for him and his team, highly recommended! read more

I recently had to have my car towed due to a broken water pump. I called AAA and they sent out T&C towing, I believe the drivers name was Zack. So AAA had told me to expect a 2 hour wait, which was kinda stressful as I was on my way home from picking up medicine for my sick kiddo at home. Zack showed up an hour earlier then expected. Because my car had started to over heat I had pulled over in a congested small parking lot behind a business, so I was worried if a tow truck would even be able to fit behind there. But your driver did it with such ease and precision and had my car loaded up in less than 10 minutes He was also able to put my car in a tight driveway spot, without slamming it into the concrete, and again in just minutes. I really cant tell you how nice it was to have such a considerate driver who really knew what he was doing. I will definetly use this company again in the future. read more

Slid off an icy road at nighttime after a snowstorm and called AAA to send out a recovery vehicle. Never heard from the towtruck service as he called the wrong area code for our number. He finally arrives and says he is not sure he can pull the vehicle out safely. I told him I understood. He then changes his mind and says he can get it out, but I will have to sign a damage waiver. As we did not want the vehicle there overnight I signed the waiver. He turns his recovery vehicle so it is facing the wrong direction on a curved residential street and fails to place any warning devices on the road leading to his position(from either direction), although he did have flashing amber lights on the vehicle rooftop. He then decides he will need tire chains on the recovery vehicle. He is forced to use a flashlight on his cellphone meaning he is trying to put the chains on one-handed. I offer to assist him by holding the light. We get one side chained and then he discovers the tire chains for the other side is damaged and will not work. He then throws the chain on the ground, utters some profanities, and tells me he cannot complete the recovery and leaves the scene. My takeaway is this company handled this very poorly and we notified AAA about or concerns. The driver came to a nighttime vehicle recovery without reflective clothing, a normal flashlight, and tire chains in serviceable order. I would hope this driver learned a lesson and will ensure he has the necessary/required equipment in the future. In addition he called AAA and told them the vehicle was snowpacked and could not be pulled out. The next morning a call to AAA got us a AAA owned recovery vehicle that had the vehicle recovered and on the road in short order. read more
