We had an Ollie hand glider in the car that while long weighs less than 2 lbs. potentially 3 lbs if you add the box. The driver flat out accused my husband of lying to him and said he wouldn't take the car unless we paid him personally. In the end we didn't have much choice because we were moving cross country but it added a lot of stress and I wouldn't use again.

However, it was not perfect. Two major negative experiences: 1) the drop off contractor did not have two of my boxes - he had to return to the mother truck to pick them up. Review your delivery carefully and make sure they have everything 2) two of my pieces of furniture arrived damaged.
