This left us anxious that there would be insurance issues and we'd be out of pocket more than we needed. Or that we'd never find a body shop to fix our car! We found Green Tech based on their good reviews, got in touch with George, and he took our Mazda immediately. Within the week, insurance had paid the difference, George ordered parts and beautifully fixed up the front end of our car, AND as a really nice surprise he even fixed a spot that the Mazda service department left on our hood when they were changing the oil. He and his team went above and beyond. It was truly an stress-free ordeal. I hope to never have to need body work on the car again, but if I do I'll 100% be contacting George! I cannot recommend Green Tech enough.

Eventually they called me back and I made arrangements to drop my car off after hours, due to a busy work schedule. George told me there was a drop box in the door. I arrived at 10:30pm and searched all around the building and didn't find a drop box. I called him in the morning and he insisted I just missed it and there was a Dropbox in the door. I asked him to send a picture of the drop box so I didn't miss it again and that's when he told me they don't have a drop box. I was suppose to jimmy open a window and then push the office door open through the window and throw my keys in. None of which was explained on the phone and not something I'd know to do as that's also considered breaking and entering. This place seems incredibly sketchy. I would not trust them with my vehicle.

When I went to pick up my vehicle it was immaculate and clean. I'm shocked by the professional and quality service Young's provides and I highly recommend them!

Do not take your car here…read more TLDR: Young's Auto Body & Collision had my car for 23 days for a side-view mirror replacement, "accidentally" ordered the wrong/broken part for my car twice before getting the right one, charged me over $1800 for the fix when the part only costs $350 online, and tried to BS me with a bunch of jargon when I asked questions. I got into a small car accident where my passenger side mirror was damaged and a very small scratch was left on the car door. I decided to go through insurance and that is the only reason that I chose this shop, because they were on my insurance's list and it was near my house. I called them before bringing my car in to ask how long the repair would take, and they told me, "up to five days," which I thought was kind of a lot for just a mirror (I've gotten it fixed in a couple HOURS at another shop for the same issue), but I brought it in regardless. They had my car for a total of three weeks. First, I'd like to clarify that I was almost always the one calling THEM for updates on my car - they did not communicate with me or keep me updated on things. The first time I called for an update, they told me, "Oh, shoot, we ordered the wrong mirror for your car by accident. We're going to have to order a new one now." The second time I called for an update, they told me, "Oh, the second mirror came and it's broken, so we're going to have to order a third one." The third time I called for an update, they said "Oh, your car has been done. We didn't call you?" They tried to make me feel stupid, saying "Maybe check your voicemail..." I told them that I hadn't received any calls, and that I'd come pick up my car the next morning. But no more than 10 mins later, they called me back saying, "Wait, actually, the new mirror hasn't come yet, so your car isn't done, never mind." Three weeks later, I was finally able to pick up my car. They charged me/insurance $1800 for the repairs. (Again, a new mirror is $350 online.) When I looked over my itemized receipt, they had charged me for parts of my car that absolutely did not need to be replaced, such as the front bumper cover?? When I asked them questions about this, the woman I spoke to had absolutely no idea. She started making things up, to the effect of, "Oh, well, we had to take your car apart since there was a scratch on the door, and sometimes things break when we do that, so we had to order replacements for the parts that broke." (Note: there was absolutely no reason to "take my car apart." The scratch on my door was TINY - thankfully, I have a picture of it.) I told her that if the shop broke a part, then they should be the ones to eat the cost. She said, "Well, insurance usually pays for that stuff..." Please take your business elsewhere. These people are poor communicators, disorganized, and will try to get as much money out of you as possible. If you ask questions, they will try to make you feel stupid with jargon, particularly if you're a woman. Do not support these people.

I'm very pleased with the thoroughness and expediency of the repair work done at Caliber Englewood…read more I have a Mercedes Benz SUV and the front end was damaged from road debris on I-25. Once the replacement parts were ordered and had arrived, the Englewood store brought it in and got to work. All the sensors had to be recalibrated, there was some painting required, several pieces of the front bumper and fender had to be replaced and the alignment was checked. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and Jesse kept me informed throughout the repair process via text message. I was happily surprised when he informed me the following Tuesday that it would be ready for pick up that evening, so it just took a week! Since I was paying for a rental car, not my insurance company, I really appreciated that and I also had it back before the Thanksgiving Holiday - another plus! Jesse had them wash it, including the interior car mats, and they vacuumed the inside. It was clean and in great shape when I got it back. I highly recommend the Englewood Caliber Collision shop and can't say enough about Jesse and his crew.

**Review of Caliber Collection**…read more My experience with Caliber Collection and Mr. Robert has been, without a doubt, the most frustrating and disappointing I have ever had. From September 18 to October 4, my car was supposedly in the process of being repaired, but upon reviewing it, I discovered several problems that were not communicated by Mr. Robert. Instead of being replaced, some parts were modified, and it was only when I checked the car that I realized essential pieces were missing. The most frustrating part was when, at the last moment, Mr. Robert mentioned that one of the parts would arrive in two weeks, but then it appeared in just one week. To make matters worse, the cost of the service increased without me being informed that those expenses would come out of my pocket and not from the insurance. He blamed me for buying a bumper without his authorization, trying to impose an additional cost that I had not approved. Mr. Robert's attitude has been disrespectful and stubborn. I have always believed in showing respect to older individuals, but this situation has been completely different. Moreover, I plan to report this experience to all relevant departments, as I consider this to be a fraudulent business. It is alarming that they are not even registered with the BBB and that they engage in tax evasion, as the only payment method they accept is cash. They do not accept credit cards, money orders, or anything of the sort. I have also noticed an incredibly high level of racism in this place, which is unfortunate because the workers are loyal, and many of them are Latino. Honestly, I would not recommend this experience to anyone, as it has been disappointing and extremely stressful. I feel forced to pay an amount that was never consulted with me, all because I did not have enough time to pursue this case further. Additionally, he threatened to charge me for the time my car has been with him, even though it is not ready and he has charged for parts that he claimed were replaced. This has honestly been the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I feel that my situation was not handled with the respect and consideration it deserved.

The clerk there was busy stocking new items, but she went out of her way to help me find an item I was looking for. She ran right up the register to check me out. We ended up talking for around ten minutes. Nice...just nice.
