Brett came over about 15 minutes ahead of time and he promptly got to work. And man, did he work. For the next 6 hours he thoroughly cleaned and polished my car, both inside and out. He even did the hidden spaces in the trunk to make sure there was no dog hair anywhere (there was a lot). I couldn't find a dog hair anywhere. My car looks showroom new after two years of use. Which tracks because Brett worked at car dealership for years doing this exact thing. He knows the best products and techniques to get your car looking amazing. And, he's a great guy. I can't recommend Brett highly enough. Super guy, super detailed and loves what he does. Would highly suggest a professional…read moreover this illegitimate and corrupt company - from long waits, damaged cars, to price gouging, and even pushing customers towards more expensive services that are not needed. For reference I spent over $650 on two details this week, both experiences were terrible. First experience they lied and said it would be a 2 hour detail tops, but resulted in a 6.5 hour wait time. The main problem being the detail on my BMW X1 over the weekend. I took it to be cleaned and detailed. Upon getting into my car to return home I noticed a black impression mark on the Navigation screen. Upon further inspection I was able to determine that the screen was cracked due to an employee pressing too hard on the screen while cleaning. I returned to the car wash and approached a Team lead/Manager on site to show the damage. They promptly called over their team and switched languages so I could not fully comprehend their conversations. But I was able to understand about half where they made rude and insulting comments about my Fiancé and my family. They then called a few days after the incident and first offered Half the price of a replacement screen or store credit towards another detail. I refused their offer asking for the full value of the replacement. The kind secretary requested our VIN to call the dealership to inquire about a replacement. Mentioning it could take a couple more days to get this resolved. I patiently provided the information and expected the owners to properly seek out resolution and make our car whole again. About 1 hour after my initial phone call I received a call from the onsite manager saying that they were now not going to offer any remedy to the solution as they feel that the Screen was already damaged. Funny for them I have pictures that counteract their insults and prove that their employee damaged the car and now is refusing to pay for the repairs. Save your cars and don't visit this business. Cannot even begin speak to how insulting the on site managers have been through this process.

I text the detailer at 5pm on Thursday asking his eta because he never contacted me. He said his detail is over and he has to reschedule because the sun is setting. If you can't get the job done for one reason or another - please give me an early heads up so I can book somebody else - not let me know at the time of appointment you can't come.

The lady up front must've been having a bad day cause I was trying to make small talk but she was just short and snappy with me. I get it. You get customers barking at you all the time but I didn't deserve that treatment. I stuck around anyway because I had so many people from the dealerships, to friends and even a couple tuning shops recommend this place. Glad I stuck around. The car I ended picking up certainly looked completely transformed when I got it back. Makes a world of a difference. All the bubbles they said would go away by the end of the week did just that. The summer sun really helped it along. Listen to the post visit care. i.e. Don't roll down your windows and let the tint cure on its own. Fast forward many years later. When I sold the car, the first thing they commented on was the tint and even said it looked OEM but I had to tell them about my experience. Highly recommended and make your appointment. The installer will carefully go over taking care of the tint as if your car was their's. Thank you so much for a great experience other than the very beginning. haha. I'll set that aside given the conversations I heard from the other side of the desk did not sound pleasant given the tone. I would do it all over again! Thanks again!

Let me start by saying I found this place on here but I don't believe the 5 star reviews for one…read moresecond. I was told the price prior to starting which was a lot but I was ok with it, under the terms that my vehicle would look Good. I paid $645 for a detail and a couple minor dent removal. There is dust and dirt everywhere. They don't use a clay bar which I wasn't aware of but for that amount they should. They did paint touch ups and it looks like a 2 year old did it. Don't get me wrong it was cleaner then when I brought it in, however it was simply a overpriced detail job. I do not want them touching any of my vehicles again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I will post pictures of the shotty work. I feel sorry for writing this but I feel robbed.
