When the transmission in my car went out I told my insurance company to call 1st Class Towing, even though it wasn't fully covered by my plan. I rode with him to the repair shop to pick up my loaner, and we talked dirt track racing the whole way. A big thanks to the Parker police officer who also waited with me as I broke down during school drop-off time and was completely in the way. FYI folks - I wasn't sitting on the wrong side of the road for fun. Man, some of those peeps were mean! Thanks to all who helped this "damsel in distress" get taken care of.

The attention to detail was outstanding and honestly provided me peace of mind throughout the entire process. The driver knew his stuff when it came to special vehicle towing, and handled the automobile with the attention it deserved, not as simply another normal job. The vehicle arrived safely with no problem at all. Since then I have suggested this firm to several friends who own motorbikes and collector automobiles because reliable towing businesses are hard to come by. Compared to other firms I've dealt with in the past, I was quite impressed with their professionalism, communication and general customer care. If you want your costly vehicles to receive cautious handling or need reputable car towing services, this is definitely a company worth calling.
