We have done business with Dennis Brewster at Extreme Auto Repair for years, but never needed the services of his other business, 1st Class Towing, until recently. When the transmission in my car went out I told my insurance company to call 1st Class Towing, even though it wasn't fully covered by my plan. I knew I could trust this business and the small out of pocket cost was worth it. Although the insurance company said it would be an hour, Dan was there in 20 minutes. I rode with him to the repair shop to pick up my loaner, and we talked dirt track racing the whole way. A big thanks to the Parker police officer who also waited with me as I broke down during school drop-off time and was completely in the way. My 18 year old daughter hit a curb on Buckley. She had AAA on the phone and they forced her to use them saying she couldn't wait for AAA and they were part of the arapahoe county sheriffs contracted team and couldn't wait. even though there was a lane open and it was 11:00 at night with minimal traffic and charged her $280 for a 2.5 mile tow. CROOKED! And when I called 1st class the lady (manager) said she could've impounded the vehicle when I said this was bad business. Having your car stop on the side of the road in an unfamiliar area is a scary and unpleasant feeling. This is what happened to my daughter. Keys locked in car. They came quickly, which was nice, but because it was 1am in a dark parking lot, I didn't see the damage until the next day. Sent them pictures the morning after, and they denied they did the damage. It is obvious, they did it. Dented the roof x3 with their prybar, scratched my tint, and my door was flexed so bad that the top does not line up anymore. Sad and disappointing. read more

My car had been stolen from a hotel in Denver. It was recovered in the Parker area, the sheriffs office had it towed for safety. we live 5 hours away and really couldn't take more time off of work. They were able to make arrangements for an after hour pick up. The staff was amazing! They communicate with me regularly and made me feel like I mattered. they were compassionate which they have been the only ones that have been since my car was stolen. **update** They tell it's we can't drive it out because there's no plates but, knew all along the plates were inside the vehicle!! I don't give a damn about your apology, you did us dirty and are now trying to excuse yourself and I'm not buying it. We discovered the plates inside when the tow truck showed up and your employee told us the keys and plates were inside!! 3 hours later!!!! You know I don't know what these people think other people do for a living but some of us do have jobs and to have our time wasted by making us drive 30 miles away to come and pick our car up that was impounded after it was stolen and recovered the least they could have done was disclosure. I for one requested today off to make sure I could take care of this and my other half left work early so that we could come down here and take care of this, so if you think I'm not pissed off, think again!! One person tells us there is a transmission issue but I know how to reset the transmission so I was going to come down reset it and drive it home (but he's using his diagnosis he wasn't hired to make as an excuse to justify not telling use straight up about the legal side.... the part he's actually hired to do!!) But then they wait to tell us when we're standing at the counter the there were no license plates on it and without proof of insurance you would have to be towed out of here (I could've added the insurance back on it... but plates, kinda damned important, don't ya think?!). Now instead of driving 30 miles away in finding that out the counter I could have been told that over the phone and made pre arrangements but now I am sitting in their dirt parking lot waiting for my Triple A to call me back to arrange tow. But you know what they had no problem doing? Making sure they got my money before I walked out the damn door. These people aren't 1st class they're no class! That's not how you treat people and how you maintain a business. Learn how to communicate, damn!! you don't like sitting in dirt parking lots and wastin your damn money do you?! Well neither do I. We hired 1st Class Towing - a local Parker reputable company to fix the mess Auto Towing in Denver created. 1st Class Towing ROCKS! Basically - Allstate Roadside Assistance dispatched Auto Towing to pick up our Chevy Avalanche on Saturday evening. Auto Towing removed a front tire and abandoned our vehicle in a parking lot roadway and did not even attempt to remedy the situation. I contacted 1st Class Towing at 9 am on Sunday morning, explained the situation and the operator offered to go out and take a look at the truck to make sure he could tow it safely without additional damage. He was there to meet my husband withing 45 minutes and was friendly, professional, and got the truck towed to our garage. read more

My teen daughter was in an accident and the police dispatched this company. This company told my injured and panic stricken daughter that she was not allowed to call AAA and she had no choice but to use their services. Their excuse was that she didn't have time to call AAA which was not true because they clearly waited 2 hours on scene and charged her for every minute, even though she did not ask them to be there. They clearly took advantage of the situation and they should be ashamed of themselves. read more

Literally refused to tow my car even though a repair garage has been waiting for it from them for a week. because he didn't like my tone and "didn't feel like going to get it." My car was stolen and the police had it towed here & I was in a real pinch to pick it up since I live across town and work normal business hours 8am - 5pm. called to try to work with them on pick up time letting them know I would be 5 to 10 minutes late as this was the soonest I could get a ride over there. Lady on the phone was pretty unsympathetic and unwilling to do anything for me and said if I didn't make it by 5 then I would need to come the next day as they all leave at 5pm sharp. I made my case again, explaining my situation but she was still insistent that there was nothing she could do - and made sure to tell me in her coldest voice possible. There is nothing 1st Class about this place. My son was involved in an accident (1/2 mile away from their location) and the police called for his car to be towed. They charged him over 700 dollars when all was said and done. I guess that because the insurance was involved, they decided they could really gouge him. When the driver showed up they mentioned three 75 dollar charges (so my son thought the bill would be around 225 dollars), but boy was that wrong. The charge was 540 dollars and 35 dollars a day for storage to tow his car for 1/2 mile. The insurance company paid them over 700 dollars for their services and that money should have gone to helping replace the car. Hopefully you won't have to use them. read more

Dont ever get hit by a 1st class towing driver, especially if you are in the military and deploying!!! My son was parked and a 1st class towing driver backed into him and they are putting him off even though he is deploying and he is trying to get this taken care of before he leaves. Ive had 1st class towing cars to my shop for quite a few years. They do a great job everytime.

They were awesome they had a super fast response time, friendly and a decent price for hauling your crap car to the shop!
