My vehicle decided to take a crap on me. I limped into a King Soopers parking lot, and made the decision that towing it to my local service station was smarter than tempting fate on I-25. Google maps put this company at basically where I was. I gave them a ring. "How much to tow me to the Park Hill neighborhood?" $95 dollars. Flat. Next call was to a nearby company to verify price (I have not towed a vehicle before). $95 for the tow plus $5 bucks a mile. I told them no thanks, and then some guy called back an actually cursed at me. Weird. Review of that company to follow... Rick showed up quickly, was a total professional. Rick, I hope this review brings you more business. This is how a business should treat it's customers. Five stars. Seriously. Absolute(ly awesome) towing. read more

My Harley broke down less than two miles from my house so I needed a tow. Called several other places who were less than helpful since they didn't two motorcycles or I was too far away (highlands Ranch). Rick from Absolute was a pro. He came and towed my bike home in less than 30 minutes and took time to make sure the bike didn't fall over in the process. read more

Tow truck driver destroyed tail gate on our truck... a month later they still have not refixed or repaired it and we finally picked it up..

I called because I needed a tow with our car being broke down on the freeway. They said about 45 minutes. An hour and a half later I called back to see where the tow truck driver was and he said he would have the driver call. The driver never called. So after two hours, we ended up having to call another towing company. When we called to cancel because of how long it took, Jason was very disrespectful and short and we were told that the driver did call to tell us he would be another 20 minutes, which he did not. Just a lot of hassle and rudeness. I definitely will never use this company. It was a huge waste of time and very frustrating. read more

Left a voice mail Saturday afternoon at 1pm saying I wanted a tow for 3 pm. Never heard anything back. That's called an ABSOLUTE FAIL. Answer your damn phones and if you can't do that at least respond to your damn voice mail system! read more

I would give zero if I could. Called last night and spoke with Rick, I believe, and arranged to have him come tow my car to an emissions testing place at 7am. He told me no problem and he would call me a 6:45am to tell me he was in his way. Great. Wrong. 6:45 rolls around, no call. 7:00 rolls around, no call, no truck. 7:15, still no call, still no truck. I called and left a message for all the good that would do. It's now 8 and I still haven't heard anything and I've called another company. UPDATE: I finally received a call from Rick, almost two hours after he said he would be at my residence. He told me he flat out forgot. read more

Let's start by saying that my initial experience was good. I got stuck with aloose serpentine belt and someone directed me to Absolute saying they did roadside assistance. Wrong... but Rick took some extra time to find a mechanic for me anyway. Stellar help. And told me to call back if I did end up needing a tow. Four hours later, my car had been broken down and I'd been calling EVERY 24/7 TOW COMPANY IN THE METRO AREA. I called these guys first, about a dozen times. 12 hours later and I'm seeing that they still haven't responded to my voicemail. Not impressed. A 24/7 towing company has a ringing phone obviously. I don't understand why it can't be answered, especially when you know someone is there. read more

Needed my car towed to dealership this morning and Rick was very helpful and friendly gave me a time he would be there and was right on time! He also gave me a flat rate and that was exactly what i paid! no extra hidden costs! He towed my car safely to the dealership and was talkative and friendly on the way there while also asking me what I thought was wrong with my car! I would recommend absolute over and over again! read more

When I called it went to voicemail. I left a message, and in a minute flat I received a call back. I spoke with Rick and set up the tow. He was friendly and courteous on the phone. He said he could be at the location in 25 minutes. He was there in 20, where he expertly plucked my disabled truck out of a very tight space in a parking lot. Upon reaching the drop off point, I realized the close quarters we had to put it into. Quickly and confidently off his truck my vehicle came perfectly into a space. Thank you so much for helping out of a tight spot Rick! Literally. I would definitely recommend if you need towing in Denver. Reasonable prices as well. read more

I had a flat tire Sunday, August 17th. I called the company several time and it only went to voicemail. It is a shame these towing companies pick and choose which days they work. read more

My car wouldnt start. I called for a tow and Rick arrived with in 15 minutes! He was friendly and helpful.

Unless you absolutely HAVE to use this service, save yourself the headache. My insurance dispatched this mess of a wrecking service AGAIN, and I had to endure the extra hour of waiting for them to show up and wondering when or if they were going to do so. The last time they towed my truck, they disconnected the entire drive shaft instead of simply towing it by the back tires and letting the front roll (the logical choice, as the company who towed it all the way from Sandpoint to Spokane Valley seemed to manage) then dumped it and left the drive shaft disconnected so I couldn't do anything with it. When I saw they were to be my tow service again today, I almost cancelled the tow. Kinda wish I had, since they were an hour late, hasty with the load, had to use my private residence bathroom, and overall just not the service I have come to expect from the ones dispatched by my insurance company. Absolutely DO NOT recommend for anything other than maybe towing your old Studebaker to the scrap yard, and only if you're willing to wait forever to get it towed. read more

Rick arrived when he said he would and was very helpful. He even helped me get my car into a very tight space once it was towed back to my condo. Great service and would definitely recommend. read more

Broke down around 6.30 , Rick came within 35 min . Very helpful, nice and friendly !

My daughter blew a tire just off I-25 at Dry Creek Road. We found Absolute Towing by pure luck (and Google). Rick came within 15 minutes, and tried to put the spare tire on the car. When he got under the car, Rick could see that it needed to be towed to the tire store because a controller bar was bent. Since he was in his pickup, he took our car key and sent us on our way, while he went back and got his tow truck, then took the car to the tire store. Upon arrival at the tire store, he was told they do no repairs, so he then towed the car to an automobile repair shop for us. Rick quoted us $75 for the initial trip to the tire store. He stayed at that price, despite all of the extra time, effort and miles he put in on our behalf. He truly is one of the good guys, and I hope his business flourishes. Rick, we cannot thank you enough for your kindness and for taking such wonderful care of us today. read more

I needed a tow from my work to the shop. Rick said he was able to come get my car in 20 minutes, and he was right on time. He quoted me $90 once we arrived at the shop. $90 is exactly what I paid - no hidden costs. Once he provided me with a receipt, he reminded me to submit it to my insurance company for reimbursement. I would recommend him to anyone. read more

left a voice message without any return call for over 24 hrs. If you can wait longer and they show up, they may do a fine job. We'll never know. read more

Mike with Absolute Towing is the Best! He had changed a flat tire for me several months ago and I had kept his card in case I needed his assistance again. I was recently involved in a 5 car pile up on the interstate and I called him to come out and tow my car. I didn't actually need to be towed afterall, but Mike came to my assistance and was there had I needed him. He is polite, friendly, and professional. If you ever need roadside assistance or just to change and flat tire, absolutely call these guys. read more
