Having been to other all-you-can eat Chinese buffets, the food was acceptable, but not the best. The major plus here is that the "hot food" is actually hot. Not lukewarm, like other places. They are always refilling food and cleaning up around the buffet bars. But, some items do look like they have been sitting there for awhile.
