I'm not the biggest egg drop soup fan, but my cousin liked it. I thought it was fine. The fried rice and noodles were great. Beef and broccoli were good and the veggies in the tofu were all tasty. Portion sizes were great and price was very fair. We got 3 meals out of those dishes. Can't wait to come back.

It was a generous quantity, 2 dinners and enough for my husbands lunch today . I was a little concerned about not having peanut sauce but it must be tossed with it. There were crushed peanuts throughout. Now writing this I want it again tonight. The lady taking the order was very nice. He asked if the portion of 1 order was enough for 2 people. She replied "if you don't eat too much". Lol. I guess that's a subjective question. As I said, it was definitely enough. I can't wait to go again!

Went there today at 11:30 after some Woodstock business to take care of. They were not exactly…read moreready to open at 11:30 as posted but no big deal. I came back about 10 minutes later and all good. The atmosphere was dark and in my opinion not very impressive. The food however only had one con and many pros. I ate there and had a Diet Coke and the #4 rice noodle with shrimp and brown sauce. It was served piping hot in a large bowl and the vegetables were cooked to my liking. Not hard and crunchy but still with some bits to them. The shrimp were a nice large size and the brown sauce was mild in flavor and decent. The only thing I'll note is the mushroom I ate tasted like it hadn't been washed and definitely tasted like dirt. I put those aside and didn't even want to try to taste any more after that. Seeing as how I already ate a good amount of everything else I did not want to send it back. I took the rest home and although I ate a decent amount there, there was still a pint size full to take with me. Price was a little over $20 17.00 for the dish, 2.50 for the coke so with tax and tip $25. Which seems high to me but is probably average for lunch anywhere lately. I would go back again and try something else, without mushrooms, but I did enjoy it other than that.

There seems to be on server and man she was fast. We got two dinner the Mongolian beef and the steak with guys name. Don't remember the name lol. But both were very tasty. The steak was very tender and good they were very attentive to our needs. Oh the cocktails were a Mai tai and a scorpion. Both had good flavor and not to alcohol flavored it was a good balance. The service was phenomenal. She really took care of us. Ok we had sparkles cookies they were fun. She was so nice also.

Now, point of order, we could not get the egg rolls because in a fittingly Midwestern way, they're made with peanut butter. But the staff was quick to point that out and advise where almonds could be removed from other dishes - service was great throughout. The potstickers were fine. Just warm enough not to mention it, but the dipping sauce was a little odd, thick, and we just used soy sauce instead. The two main dishes were piping hot, and I do like the cloches they are served in, but each lacked a little punch. Maybe sesame chicken is just the lame step brother to orange/kung pao/gen tso, but the shrimp chow mein was just okay as well (though the shrimp were cooked perfectly). The drink was strong, the ambience was cute, the woman who was working karaoke, passing out cookies and brownies was interesting. I liked that our waitress seemed absolutely done with her. I know this is a CL staple, but once may be enough for me.

Every time I visit I usually love getting the cashew chicken, especially the lunch portion, since…read moreit's a great value and has some healthy vegetables a part of the meal. This time I got it I noticed it was too sweet. So I don't know if they changed it, it's an off day, or I'm just now noticing it, but that definitely kills the "healthy" factor it used to have. It doesn't need sugar at all, I like it way better as a savory dish than a sweet dish. So please consider taking the sugar out! Mostly normal Chinese menu, so you can get most anything you'd get at a typical Chinese place. They have white rice and fried rice as sides, and their egg rolls are tasty too. There is also a small indoor seating area with a couple tables if you want to eat there. Nothing fancy but it's kept clean.
