We recently moved to Corpus Christi from N/W Indiana & my wife & I decided to switch our cell phone service to Spectrum. Our previous carrier was Comcast Xfinity, and they were a complete nightmare to deal with. I spent 3 1/2 hrs on the phone with Comcast the day before simply trying to unlock our phones, and was given a unlock code. After arriving at the Spectrum store, it turns out the phones were not unlocked & the codes didn't work. Frank Lopez and Monica Musella-Robledo worked with us for well over an hour, most of the time on hold with Comcast, and were finally able to get the job done. I really appreciate the patience of both of them. I strongly recommend anyone needing Cable/internet and cell phone service give Spectrum a try.

Hector Jimenez came out and spent several hours taking time to update equipment and work on the roof to adjust (including building an antennae arm) the receiver and find the tower that would provide us with the best speed and service. Hector was very professional and discussed with my husband (who was at work) in detail exactly what he was doing and the best way to improve the mount on our roof. In the future, if a tech is required to come out I will request Hector Jimenez as our tech. Our internet provider options are limited in our area; so far GTEK has been the best to work with.

I was told the installation kit is shipped prior so you can install the hardware & everything would be up an running immediately after the tech "flips the switch" essentially. Now they are saying the kit isn't going to be shipped until after the tech goes to the site (not my home mind you). There is literally no point in having a tech do so now if my equipment is still sitting waiting to be shipped from AT&T. Absolute poor planning & unsatisfactory service. They are not proactive by any means. I'm told now that it will be 8 days before I receive the equipment. I should not be charged for 8 days without i ternet service, it ahould be pro-rated at the VERY least. Stay away. Go to COX or another co. if you can. They had my service hooked up in 24hrs.

We called William and asked him to install them. He was here the next day and had them installed in about an hour and half. William did an excellent job with both installations. We are senior citizens and not very technical inclined and he took us step by step on how to operate them. I had to call him a couple of times for questions and he dropped everything to answer my call and questions. We were very pleased with the price for the cameras and installation. We showed our next door neighbor our cameras and monitor on how clear we could see everything that they asked for William's phone no. and they had him install cameras on their house.
