He had to sub out parts of the jobs after the agreed on price and passed on the cost to me. When I disagreed with him about this he threatened to walk away from the project. That's correct an authorized Generac dealer threatening their customer! He also disrespected my wife and insulted our home! My wife just wanted to eat it and fire him but we stuck it out. He wasn't done though, the Wifi/App never worked for even 24 hours after the install was complete. After being stood up 3 times to get it resolved he sent someone by and we got it working but wanted to charge me, yes for something that he never got working properly from the start.
