Richard has the best customer service, straight forward, he happened to have the part on hand and was able to fix it same day. Super great ful to have found him online. Price was reasonable best experience. read more

The guy I spoke to told me he wasnt able to help with my printer problem. Although we did end up having a pretty decent conversation about 'religion' as well as other subjects. I wish I would have remembered his name. He was a decent guy and I'll probably stop in just to be friendly. read more

I took my bosses laptop to Richard to replace the shattered screen. It was a rush job since my boss had to leave to Houston. Richard made accomodations to get it fixed right away and did a wonderful job. He went above fixing it and getting it in time so my boss could make his flight back. I would not take my computer any where else and he is so professional and very pleasant and kind, a true blessing. God bless you Richard. Darlene Horner read more

this place is awesome! Richard is great to work with, and provides cost-effective solutions to any tech problem. I scheduled a same day appointment because my PC got caught in start stop loop, and he had it fixed and under an hour. And the best part is, since I'm a college student, I was able to get a hefty discount off the original fee. At Future tech they treat you like a person, not a job, so you can always count on getting the best service out there. 10/10 overall. I could say I'd use future tech again, but with the help I got, I don't think another appointment will be necessary anytime soon :) read more

Richard, was awesome & fixed my printer the same day! Thank you, Satisfied customer. read more

I needed help in regards to my laptop. While they fixed my laptop, one of the gentleman working there made a sexist remark about the woman working on it. "She does alright for a woman" he said while laughing. He then proceeds to say he "has a pass" because he has a daughter. I'm probably not going to come back because I need people who can fix my laptop without making sexist remarks. While the owner was nice, he continued to stand behind what his employee said. This was about to be my go-to place for tech services. Also, the place appears to be very unorganized and cluttered. read more

Just want to leave a shout out for Future Tech. They were very helpful in solving my computer issue and would encourage others to give them a try. read more

It is definitely the best Shop you can go to in Corpus Christi. Not only do they have the greatest Customer Service, they go above and beyond to fix your things. I brought my external Hard-drive (many Computer shops here didn't even know what this was), which wasn't working anymore. Many shops gave me an estimate for $500+ Data Recovery, without even taking one look at my Drive. After not even 1 hour I was walking out of the Store with a working Hard-drive. Thanks to you guys, who saved me not even tons of money, but also helped me get back all my precious Moments in Life I kept on this Drive! This should have been the first Shop I went to. Very knowledgeable and super friendly! Now I hope you get to enjoy the Bottle of Blanton's I brought Highly recommend them! Best Team ever!!! read more

I brought my dell desktop in because it was making a lot of noise. The techs looked at it and replaced the power supply and I was in and out of the door in under an hour. Crazy fast in my case because they happened to have another power supply handy! I am so happy! Great service and super nice people. I will be back soon with more stuff! read more

My boyfriend and I just walked in to have a monitor fixed. Instead, we got a 30 min lecture from the owner about how our homosexuality is a sin. The owner even went as far as to tell me I should not wear my Cross ring. We remained calm and we took our items and walked out. I respect people's religions, but did not appreciate the judgement from this establishment. I came for business, what we got was a judgement bible study. read more

I am so impressed with the level of customer service and the honesty and integrity with which I was helped. I highly recommend!!

This is the place to go for your electronic repair needs. They have fair and low prices. I would recommend this shop over any other electronic repair shop in Corpus. They will take care of your repairs very quickly and are very polite. If you're thinking about going to a chain store then stop thinking about that and come here instead if you want to save money and time. 5 stars. read more

My computer screen was broken. I looked for a computer repair business here in CC, since I'm new in town. The reviews were great for the Future Tech. The tech was very professional and he told me about how much was going to cost me to order a new replacement screen and labor. It took only a week to have my computer back and fixed. I highly recommend this business!!!! read more

First time dealing with this establishment but certainly will not be my last ! I dropped off a tablet and a printer and was called within a couple hours that my items were ready for pick up and at a very reasonable price. Since I was on my way to pick up those items , I went ahead and took in a desktop that had issues. Josiah stopped what he was doing and started working on my computer and within 20 minutes had it going AT NO CHARGE !!! Thank you so much Future Tech. read more

I went in with a Brother printer that wouldn't work and was greeted by Jacob. They were able to use the printer's own cleaning capability to clean the jets and restore my printer's functionality although it took them around 40 mins. Nonetheless I left the store with a working printer and for all that they charged me nothing. These guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful to the max. I'll take all my electronics for repair to them in the future. read more

Great service. Went in because I had laptop issues. Josiah did some troubleshooting and fixed it on the spot with no charge. That's service from a small top shop. When you walk in it is quite busy with stuff but don't let that scare you they know what they are doing. Highly recommend them from my experience with other places in town. read more

Just walked in today. My laptop had just stopped working. I thought it was maybe the cord or battery. They were very helpful and ready to help. After he checked the cord and it was alright he took out the battery and put it back. The computer came on and seemed to be working fine. Great for me, no charge. I will take it back if I have problems again. He did not try to "check other things" or sell me anything. read more

We took our Macbooks into Future Tech, not having a clue with what was wrong with them. As it turns out, one had a battery issue and one had a crashed hard drive. The employees at Future Tech had us back up & running in no time. We were pleased with their services, knowledge & speed. We will be return customers. read more

OMG! I don't know where to even begin. I went in the store and described the problem I was having with my desktop. Met and dealt with a gentleman name Lloyd. LLOYD YOUR THE BEST! He rest assure me, eased my mind and explain EVERYTHING to me on getting my computer up and running again for one price plus tax. I asked him, " you will not call me and then tell me my computer is fixed and charge me more money like your competitor the Laptop Shop next door"? I told him I heard about their negative reviews and this is why I came to Future Tech instead? He said "no, it will be this price plus tax." I explained to him why I needed my computer fixed. I told him my husband is deployed which he is and we Skype twice a week. He has such a caring spirit & treated me like I was family, that he said he did not want me to miss a Skype call from my husband. He told me "I will make it my priority to fix your computer and have up and running so you can Skype with your husband." He went WAY beyond the call of duty and that same day he had it ready. He is my hero. An honest, caring, friendly, professional, sweet young man. I RECOMMEND FUTURE TECH to take your computer problems to. I DID NOT miss my husband's Skype call after all. Lloyd, I can't THANK YOU enough and my husband sends his "THANK YOU!" God Bless you, your family the business and God Bless America. Ruth G. read more
