I contacted Texas Tech last September to mount my 65" in the corner or the room, and Christian quoted me with $200 for everything even a mount for my sound bar. Which is in a lower price range compare to other technician. And we did our other TV just a day ago. They did everything pretty fast. They hide the cable behind the wall to make everything look pretty and not tangled! Make sure you asked him to quote you with that in the price. All in all we were satisfied with the job they did. I reached out for estimates via Yelp feature. I got quick and timely responses which was promising. The price was right for TV mounting so proceed with appt. The day of the appt came and Tech was extremely late and kept making excuses on his tardiness. (Traffic, stopping to purchase mount - when I already had one, passing blame to coworker) After waiting over 5 hours, I finally called to cancelled. These guys were amazing! I asked to mount a 70 inch tv onto a new stone fireplace and hide all of the cords behind the wall leading into a cabinet on the bottom left. This was no issue for them! They came out on a Saturday afternoon and took about 2 hours to get the work done, even provided the mount for us. It cost a little extra to get the sound bar cord behind the wall too but they disclosed this before the work was done and left it up to us. 5 star service for around $200 - you can't beat it. read more

After looking through Yelp for a good tv mounting company and reading different reviews I came across Texas Tech. Christian responded to my inquiry within 5 minutes even though it was 10:30 p.m. and I liked what he had to say so I called back the next morning to schedule an appointment.. He was also able to work with me and my late work schedule and showed up when he said he was going to show up..right on time.. he was able to get the 70 inch tv mounted without a problem and when he finished he cleaned up.. the price was Unbelievable for mounting the tv wayyy lower than all the others I called.. First I would like to say the finished product was just the what I wanted. The communication during the process was great and the young man that came out was friendly and respectful. I will say my only negative was that they only sent one young man and my tv is 70 inches so there was no way he could have hung the tv without my husband helping which was fine but if he had not been home he couldn't have done it. read more

The lady said 1/21/19 she would have the Tech to make sure we had sound in the media room and all was going to be done right while I was there. This tech was on the phone with Texas-techs.mybigcommerce.com , which is the same as Texastechs.org, Texas Techs Onsite.There main number is 817-422-0618 in Euless off Grange Hall Dr. He was to complete work to media room and Surround Sound receiver downstairs, both areas are incomplete. He stated to me while he was on his cell with company there was a charge for$99. saying they left off the receiver for the Surround Sound and did not charge that so they wanted us to pay that before he completed all the work. As you see from the screen shots I took off there website what the Surround sound installation covers. Our media room is INCOMPLETE. We have damage to the ceiling. See the pic. The Tech stated he was going to his truck and left. they told him to leave because of the bogus $99 charge I'M NOT PAYING WHEN IT CLEARLY SHOWS ITS INCLUDED in Surround Sound Installation price.. Refund our money,we paid, the work is not COMPLETE .....11/20/18 we paid for Media and Surround Sound $241+$399.stop trying to cheat us. read more

Texas Tech (christian) came to our home in 2017 to install 2 TV's - 70 and 75 inch. One of his Techs cracked our 70 inch screen. As a trusting individual we let Christian take the TV to get repaired or replaced. To this date, Christian failed to communicate back. We did take to our lawyer but it would be more in court fees than the $1700. I would be weary to use this company as they don't carry any insurance. If Christian was as reliable as he states...he would have replaced my TV. I am still carrying this awful experience. Christian, you know what you did was wrong!!! read more
