We had security cameras installed by William with Red Alarm the first time about a year ago. About…read more3 months we decided to have a higher grade of cameras installed. We called William and asked him to install them. He was here the next day and had them installed in about an hour and half. William did an excellent job with both installations. We are senior citizens and not very technical inclined and he took us step by step on how to operate them. I had to call him a couple of times for questions and he dropped everything to answer my call and questions. We were very pleased with the price for the cameras and installation. We showed our next door neighbor our cameras and monitor on how clear we could see everything that they asked for William's phone no. and they had him install cameras on their house. I highly recommend William w/ Red Alarm to be very fair and honest and would recommend him to anyone.. We are very pleased. Janice M.

This review is long overdue... 2+ years ago I was in the…read moremarket for a security system. there were fly-by-nighters, the big companies, and then TKO Security. July 2016, I contracted w/them to intall 3 cameras and an HDVR. never had a problem since. I am having an crazy, irrational, napoleon syndrome affected neighbor who took a chainsaw to our 'shared' fence. prior to that act, they (husband and wife) threatened to do it. I called TKO and explained to them it was an emergency. 6 days later it was installed, programmed, and working. the destruction of the fence was caught on camera - vividly. as this crazy, mental, neighbor, continued to bully and attempt to intimidate, the 6 cameras (3 before) were eating up space on the hard drive of his antics. again, I called TKO in an emergency. I needed to preserve video. they came out right away, installed another hard drive and saved the day! :-) Thank you so much for all you've done for me since 2016. I tell everyone about TKO Security and how they came through. I can't thank you enough.

I would give negative stars if I could. DO NOT USE ADT. There are far too many other great alarm…read morecompanies to go with nowadays with actual customer service. We had a house fire in 2023 and had to use ADT because at the time they were the only company that would use our existing hard-wired system combined with wireless sensors for the areas that were damaged. Since DAY ONE we have had issues with the panels, the sensors, the entire system. We have had probably 5-6 false alarms (always at 1am). The panels beep for no reason, they light up at night for no reason. Our WIFI has been out for a few days and this system is SUPPOSED to be backed up to work without WIFI to "keep your home safe." Bullcrap. The panels reset and beeped all night long until my husband finally ripped them out of the wall out of frustration. That is another gripe, the panels are SOOOO not user friendly. To do anything you have to dig 3 pages deep. We tried resetting it, looking for anything that would say "shut the hell up, it's 1 am." Ripping it out of the wall seemed totally justified and the only option we had at the time in order to actually get some sleep. Every single time I need to talk to someone in customer service, they give you the run around, repeat what you said to them 4 times, and ultimately the call just gets disconnected. You call back, wait on hold for :20 and go through the same thing all over again.

I will also write a letter to the company, but wanted all of you to know that Ronald is the very best technician, and if you are lucky enough to get him to review your system, you will be in good hands. It really helps that he was an electrician first, then went to work for ADT.
