Up pops Ferguson's on the page and, hey, not even a few miles from me. Fantastic! Hop in the car, I'm on my way. Arrive there only to find it's their kitchen and bath SHOWROOM. Everything shiny, pretty and new. Not a spare part end cap or aisle to be seen anywhere. So, I ask. "Oh no," she says, "we don't have any parts here." "But, your web site says you do." "Well, we DID at one time, but it's been moved to another location." ..... "and they're closed today"..... So, not only do you not have the parts here, like your site said you did, but your parts store is not open on a SATURDAY??? It's a good thing I can ALWAYS rely on Home Depot to the rescue!
