July 2016, I contracted w/them to intall 3 cameras and an HDVR. never had a problem since. I am having an crazy, irrational, napoleon syndrome affected neighbor who took a chainsaw to our 'shared' fence. prior to that act, they (husband and wife) threatened to do it. I called TKO and explained to them it was an emergency. 6 days later it was installed, programmed, and working. the destruction of the fence was caught on camera - vividly. as this crazy, mental, neighbor, continued to bully and attempt to intimidate, the 6 cameras (3 before) were eating up space on the hard drive of his antics. again, I called TKO in an emergency. I needed to preserve video. they came out right away, installed another hard drive and saved the day! :-) Thank you so much for all you've done for me since 2016.
