I would not recommend this business. Terrible customer service. I was wondering if there was something wrong with my camera so I took it in. One of the male workers looked at my phone and said "can I take this off" didn't specify so I assumed he meant the phone case. So I said yes and he took off my SCREEN PROTECTOR. I DID have a matte protector on. But it doesn't alter my photo quality in any way. Nobody was helpful and manager was super dismissive. Not returning back anytime soon. I asked if they would be replacing my screen protector and male worker and manager both said he was specific. Manager wasn't in the room when he asked me and worker DID NOT specify. Amazon has better screen protectors for cheaper anyways so I don't mind taking my service there. I'm not paying $50 for a screen protector after an employee ripped mine off without specifying. read more

I have been so upset with Verizon customer service. Back at the beginning of March they gave me the wrong iPad and didn't even really think it was big deal. Technically they charged me for the pricier iPad and gave me the cheaper one. I had to go back. Then today went in Cause I was having trouble making calls from my iPad via FaceTime or iMessage. I know it had to do with Apple care. But today the jerk grabs my phone and deletes my Apple ID!!!!!! I couldn't believe it! When I left I cried since I had so much on it! I really don't know what to do now besides take time to redo my whole life on my phone as far as contacts and email. I can't even call to complain about the service because there is no answer. Customer care answers after 45 min waits. I am so sad about Verizon and really Really angry at the guy who deleted my Apple ID. Wish I got his name. I tried logging in right in front of him and the password didn't work. So I tried to do forgot password and it said the Apple ID provided was invalid. I kinda freaked out when I was in there. And all he said was sorry can't help with that. I seriously hope I never see him again. And I will probably switch my account soon to T-Mobile! read more

As always, received great customer service after we passed the front door. However, this business needs to educate their staff on the requirements of service dogs. Upon entering the business, I was told that I would not be allowed to have the dog in the business. I identified her as a service dog. They then told me that I had to pick her up, to which I replied, "Why? She is a service dog." That seemed to be it, BUT the next fellow that came to help us said that I had to take her outside. I flatly said no and advised again that she was a service dog. He stated that she did not have an identifying harness. I told him that it was not required. She was leashed with a regular harness. Please, please, please educate your staff. People that have service dogs do not need to be hassled, and it is against the law! Protect yourself, educate. read more

Walked in with technical issues on my cell phone, the man who was "assisting" me was rude, acting like he didn't want to be there. I was told a factory reset was the only thing he was going to try. He then just pointed out a tiny hairline crack on the camera ( that happened 3 years ago) and said " this is causing your phone to not work and over heat and insurance won't cover it " he shrugged his shoulders when I said I was upset with the answer. This is for the Verizon store in Calallen by Walmart. There were two associates working and they spent over an hour working with me and taking care of my problem. I am on a corporate account and it has always been a hassle every time I need to get something from Verizon store. We do most of our business on line or with our corporate representative located in Houston. These two ladies even with all the challenges never got frustrated and stayed friendly and cheerful the entire time. One of the ladies was about 6 months pregnant and was the main person I was dealing with. The other lady was having to deal with other customers as they came in but as soon as she finished with those she would come right back and help her co-worker. I got a new phone and OtterBox and this was the best experience I have EVER had at any Verizon store. They did have some training going on in the back room. I hope these two ladies were part of this training so than can share what real customer service is. You don't get this friendly, cheerful helpful service in very many businesses these days. If I could select no stars I would. I am a 21 year old woman and currently am in college so my cell phone bill is still under my parents bill. I was trying to upgrade during this corona virus stuff and was greeted by this store with disgust and was constantly belittled during my 2 hour wait to pick up and already purchased phone. They are treating people as if we are the virus and won't even talk to you. I was trying to pick up and a phone and they needed to see my ID which has the same last name as the account but they won't let me pick up the phone. I called Verizon customer service and they said as long as I am an authorized account holder I could pick the phone up and I said this to the workers at the location and they said no that's not how it works. I called other Verizon stores and they said yes that is how it works but now the staff won't come out to talk to me. The last person said "Yes let me see what we can do to help you out". They still have yet to come back out of the store. They won't answer their phones and won't call Verizon representatives that I have spoke with to confirm what I am hearing from corporate. So not go here. They have belittled me beyond belief because I am under my parents plan. I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my life. read more

ASK A PRICE FOR SERVICE AND THEY DAMAGE YOUR CREDIT SCORE!!! (This happened a couple of years ago) At this Verizon store at Everhart and SPID they told me they would have to check my credit score before giving me a price on phone service. At that time my credit score was 816, which is very high and I've worked for years to get it to that level. I asked if it would be a "soft" inquiry which doesn't impact my credit score and the young lady that waited on me went to ask the store manager and he said "Yes, it's a soft inquiry.", or words to that effect. After they assured me it would not be a hard credit inquiry I gave them my social security number which they said they had to have to quote me a price for phone service. Well, guess what. It turned out later when I checked my credit rating that it wasn't a soft inquiry. It was a HARD INQUIRY which negatively impacted my credit rating just as applying for a new credit card does, by about six points and it takes a YEAR to drop off the credit report. You cannot trust what this store manager tells you so be warned. Verizon, are you listening? You have put a very poor employee in this position. I cannot buy a phone from a representative of your company that either lies or doesn't know what he's talking about. read more

I came to this store with my parents who are in their 70s and still have flip phones from the early 2000s. We got the luck of the draw and were helped by Julian. I can't say enough good things about his ability to help my tech-suspicious father and tech-curious mother with the shift from dumb phone to smart phone. He was kind, pleasant, and oh-so-very-patient with their questions and concerns. He explained things clearly and simply to help them understand the learning curve they would be facing. Absolutely the worst Verizon store I've ever had the misfortune of visiting! The service is absolutely terrible. My phone took a @$#!p so went in for a new one. I have a corporate account for the business but could not get these people to honor the corporate discount. I even got the manager from my Verizon store in MN on the phone with them and they still wouldn't budge. I was stuck buying everything full price and the manager back home credited my account the difference. Wow! To top it all off, it took 2hrs and 20 minutes to get out of the store with a phone and only about half my stuff downloaded to the new phone. Now round two- car charger they gave me would only work if I wiggled just right. Went back to the twilight zone and literally took 35 minutes to get it replaced.
