I travel all over the state of Texas and I can honestly say that this was genuinely the worst target I'd ever been to. Several out of stock items and sizes, smalls on XL hangers, XXL on small hangers, a terrible variety, SEVERAL mislabeled items, torn items, stained and dirty items (they're literally new, how are they dirty?!), incorrectly priced items, misplaced items, etc. At one point I had put my empty basket down next to me on the bench to try shoes on and an employee literally grabbed it from next to me without saying anything, didn't even ask! Of all the cardboard shoe inserts, elastic strings, and packaging on the ground that could be picked up, you pick up a basket?? I grabbed an energy drink from the fridge and they were warm - could tell they just restocked. No biggie, but I reached towards the back of the fridge for the same brand and flavor and they were perfectly cold. Pretty clear indication that "first in, first out" isn't a thing for the sales rep who stocked it, whether it was a target employee, or the drink-brand rep. Either way, not a good look. Just to top it all off, I go to check out and a pack of socks that was supposed to be ~$6 ended up being $11 and some change - those are all in the wrong spot. Alongside that, a pair of shoes that were advertised as being $30 on the shelf ended up ringing up at $45. When I asked the employee about it, she didn't even double check for me, just told me that "it happens." Yikes. I didn't get majority of the things I wanted to get.... All in all, worst target I'd ever visited. read more

It's okay I sometimes go inside and find what I need but I stick mostly to drive up and have not had any issues ! The Starbucks counter tends to be on the slower side but otherwise it's fine ! read more

They really lack keeping the restrooms clean. Always have been filthy. There's no way the staff member that signs that paper on the back of the door ever comes in to check, never. If you are looking for larger sizes, don't come here. My bedroom is bigger than their Womens sizes. read more

Target - Don't plan on getting larger women's sizes here, this is the whole Women's section - Department Stores Near Me - Corpus Christi, Texas

I have been here at the curbside for an hour. (Oct 30 7-8pm) and they put "delivered" on the app like 5 minutes after scanning my code to make it seem like they brought it to me already, but they didn't..until an hour later. I saw so many vehicles come and go that had come after me it was ridiculous. They had to be doing it on purpose at that point. read more

Be careful! They'll "price match" but they won't price match the company website only through bs Amazon and even on Amazon they don't care who sold it, they'll pick the highest price to match despite showing them and pricing to them the options sold and ship by Amazon NOT on prime! So ridiculous. Very deceitful! Y'all won't get a single penny from me. I'll shop else where that'll honor what they say they'll honor. read more

I used to work at this target many years ago and I must say that it has changed o. The inside for the better but it is still a small target. Non-the-less it is a very modern and updated store. When I am out of town I visit other targets and this one looks just like the others. They are sometimes very helpful. The curbside and instore pick up is awesome. Love the fact they have actual groceries. They are a bit pricey then H-E-B that is next door but if you really need it you can find pretty much anything that H-E-B has at target. read more

I honestly walked in just to look around but this "$10 or less" section caught my attention. I bought this heart shaped waffle iron for $10 and makes the nicest little waffles in two minutes. Perfect for kids or a Valentine's Day breakfast. I can't wait to buy the $2 plates and $5 mugs to make it a complete set!! read more

Target - waffle iron - Department Stores Near Me - Corpus Christi, Texas

Good store, however, the reason I give 5 stars is because I just took one of the best poops of my life here.

Target has lost a lifelong customer today. it's really sad how many businesses are cutting so many corners and sacrificing everything except their own profit. What ever happened to customer first? read more

Target - The app that this sign "implies" will get you 15% cat and dog food. The truth is an absolute joke. - Department Stores Near Me - Corpus Christi, Texas

The pharmacy and pharmacists are excellent here. The rest of the store, not so much. I come to this store to pick up a prescription and on my way out I always pick up a few things. But when I get to the registers there are never enough open. There are long lines at the employee registers and the self check out. These lines are literally so long and take so much time, I just put my items down and leave. There's nothing I want to purchase so badly that it's worth waiting that long on line for. Just so Target can save money and push everyone to the backed up self check out. read more

This is by far THE WORST target I've ever been to. I stood in electronics for 15 minutes by the desk and there were 3 people at the desk and not one asked if I wanted anything. 2 of them stood talking to one person who'd worked the night before and who upset him, etc.... The was the second day in a row that we had subpar customer service in this location. I will NOT go back. read more

Just left. While there a couple was joking around and the man yelled "put the gun down" as a "joke". It was near my family we all turned and our adrenaline started pumping. I went to two female employees and let them know what happened and pointed the couple out. We noticed nothing was being done from afar and so we decided to just leave since we were visibly shaken, it being so close to the tragedy in Colorado. They were not addressed and we saw the man walk into the restroom as we were leaving so they were still there. I cannot believe that nothing was done. They needed to be escorted out at the least. They are lucky no one with a concealed heard them or PTSD, it could've ended poorly over a "joke". Target could not have handled this worse. read more

Only target in the area. Compared to other targets this one needs a huge upgrade. It really makes me sad the dollar section is 1 shelf and is usually not stocked. read more

Clean, organized, great deals! Always smells heavenly because of the in-store Starbucks AND their popcorn machine. Only complaint is lines are usually so long its difficult to maneuver through waiting customers that have spilled out into the main walkway. read more

Okay so I came to this target to get some stuff and the first thing I noticed was that this place has a high amount of traffic, which made it somewhat chaotic in certain isles. The set up is completely different from any other Target that I have been to which really surprised me. Anyway, one of the things that I can't stand about Target is that they do not sell SPICY CHEEZITS. What is wrong with Target??? Seriously? You sell every other kind of cheezits, but no SPICY CHEEZITS? EPIC FAIL. Aside from my soapbox meltdown this Target is not the cleanest, but as I mentioned before there is a lot of traffic so I will attribute it to the traffic. Other than that, it was your typical Target service (which was good) and I really can't complain too much. read more

Employees were very helpful. However, beware of sale price item's. Double check your receipt and make sure you paid what the sale price actually says. Back to back sales between my son and I totaled $20 in over-pricing on items that where advertised for sale. This is not the first time this has occurred to me at this location. read more

I just called target to ask for the price of something. Not only did they take five minutes but they hung up on me. Bad service.

Awful Target, the parking lot is a nightmare. Not sure why this city only has one Target. But this one needs some improvement. When you walk in, it is very narrow, and everything is crammed in here. There is no room for people waiting in line to check out, versus the people who are trying to get by. Everything in here is hectic, the merchandise is every where. Help is super hard to find. The inventory is always low. There is nothing good that I have to say about this place, except that it even exist. read more

Target is always well stocked and prices are low. This target is no exception. Clean, well organized and friendly employees.

To the lady in front of me at the checkout, you can act surprised when your first credit card is denied, but don't act shocked when card #2 is denied too. You knew that charge wasn't going through! Lots of people and not enough checkout lanes open. It really was a very busy store. At the end of the day, it fills it's purpose. I'm glad I was just stopping by for a one time visit. I'll stick with my regular Target back home. read more

This store has the worst customer service even worst than Best Buy. Ive been here numerous times and they never seem to have carmel popcorn, when asked if they could make some i was told they did not have any. When I saw the ingredients on the table near the popcorn maker. Made a phone call and spoke to a manager and he said the are out of ingredients. Poor customer service. I wish i could give this half a star. read more

Very clean and the women's section had a huge clearance up to 70% off very nice stuff for cheap.

This is the worst Target I have ever been to. Corpus Christi is expanding quickly and a Super Target would do well here. The apparel section is always a disorganized mess, low inventory throughout the entire store, and the lines to check out are ridiculous because they usually only have two cashiers working at a time. I really hope they improve this location with it being the only Target within a two hour radius! read more

Prices are often wrong, cashiers know nothing about coupon policy and its very hard to find a kind worker at this Target. Any other store is better than this place read more

This target is definitely one that needs lot of work. The employees are not very friendly or helpful. The store always seems disheveled. It was next to impossible to do a return. The Clarence selection is always pretty slim.I was asked 21 questions for a simple return. read more

I love target as a company but not so much this store on SPID. High traffic but my biggest beef is that Childrens shoes are always in the wrong boxes...like not just a few but most. I have noted this on several occasions. I don't buy shoes from here because of the time and frustration. Can corporate please take note? I'm sure y'all are losing money because of this!!!! Also placed my baby registry through here and I was never once offered a welcome kit unlike babysrus...I had to call about it way later and had to tell the person I spoke with over the phone to check their inventory (because I don't trust anyone to be proactive and check beforehand) and sure enough they only have one left. I live 30 mins out of town I would've been so mad to make that drive and come back empty handed!!! read more

I wish I could post a photo that I took in this store today. I was in the check out line and an employee was stocking drinks in the cooler by the registers. When I looked inside the cooler, it was filthy and full of black mold. I did tweet the photo to Target and got a response that they would reach out to store management. read more

This is such a poorly kept location. I honestly think the staff doesn't care to keep it clean and put together because this is the only target in the city (so there's no competition). The inventory is constantly low, and strangely the dollar spot is very small. Not sure what the store can do about though that so that's just an observation I guess. read more

I love target but this one is itty bitty. So the selection is not that great and it's always kind of messy being the only one in corpus. Still a great place to shop for clothes and baby stuff. read more

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER. I had bought this tree online on sale and received it broken, SO I went to the ONLY target in Corpus Christi , to see if I can return and order a new one in store. WELL they actually ran out in store and online and discontinued it for one day. WELL LONG STORY SHORT 4 days later TARGET started selling the tree again but for 6 dollars more , my guess Bcs it sold very well. I didn't mind this, it's just business BUT what I do mind is that the COSTUMER SERVICE AT CC were making me pay extra for the SAME tree when I had originally bought it for the other price. They said " theirs nothing we can do" WHEN IT WAS TARGETS FAULT I GOT IT BROKEN and had to go thru all this. SO I asked to call corporate . THEY ACTUALLY HELPED. They said they can get me a new tree same one for no extra charge AND to keep the broken one. WHEN TARGET COSTUMER SERVICE AT CC could've also done that as well and made me return back so many times only for them to try to charge me extra. BE CAREFUL and double check with corporate, just Bcs they say " THEIRS NUN WE CAN DO" don't trust them. Call corporate . TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE the people showed no interest on caring or understanding for the costumer, when it was all targets fault I had to go thru this in the first place. nothing against target but this location has terrible costumer service. read more

I agree with the last two comments - worst Target I've been to. Inventory is always low, can never find items I'm looking for or want to get a discount on with Cartwheel. Good luck in the shoe section. Sizes and styles are all over the place, Womens clothing is mess. I could see if this was a one time thing, but it is consistent every time I go in. Not sure why I bothered to get a Red Card when this don't have what I want and get less than average customer service from the associates. read more

The low star reviews don't seem fitting. The parking lot is great and I like the employees. My only complaint is the check out - they really do need to fill those registers when it's busy. Bonus - they carry Honest brand! read more

Employees are not helpful act like they don't even know anything. Also very dirty and disorganized in store

I had the most awful customer service experience today. Ok there were two lanes open, the one I was in was super long and taking forever bc the lady in front had a ton of coupons, so i moved over to the other one and wait there after a couple for a few minutes. When it's about to be my turn the cashier with the worst attitude points to her light and tells me she's closed. I said "are you joking? I have been waiting over there and now here and now i have to go back" and with no compassion she says yeah. I asked if she could just take me and she says with even more attitude "and then what another comes and another and another" i told her "wow you are great at customer service" and as I was walking away I say "I can't wait to talk to your manager" she says "go ahead". So i go back to the original line and coupon lady is gone thankfully but by the time I was actually checking out that girl HAD GONE BACK AND OPENED HER REGISTER AGAIN!!!! She saw me see her and gave me the ugliest look. I know it doesn't sound that bad but it was really appalling. I never lose my cool like I did today. read more

I stopped by the auto center in a down pour. I needed a specific SUV with all wheel drive. To take my wife of 4 years whom just arrived after a two year wait with immigration. I needed a reliable automobile to go all the way to Alaska. The Mercedes Dealership had an nearly identical auto, but treated me as I could not afford it. Hunter my salesperson got drenched, and continued to follow up with me. I spent 6 years serving my country through an independent contractor over seas. I had nothing on my credit, and wanted to put as little as possible down so I would have more cash for our 2 month adventure. "I could have easily paid cash for the auto without touching my savings." He go the loan with a small amount down and a very low interest rate. I gladly purchased the vehicle. I had a ABS break sensor go out on our first day. The dealership paid for the tow, the repair, and for my hotel. Hunter continued to keep in contact and 7 months later zero problems with the car. Hunter called and asked if I would write a review, and I gladly told him I would. Yes without hesitation I would recommend anyone to purchase a car from Taggert, but I will go one step further and highly recommend Hunter be involved in your purchase. Gary B read more
