I have to praise the amazing, personalized customer service I have received from this boutique! I feel as if I have my own personal stylist here, named Virginia!! However, all associates are top notch--- most of the employees know me on sight, know my size of clothing and footwear, and select combinations of couture and accessories for me that I wouldn't even have thought to put together. I appreciate the polite honesty with which I am treated by WHBM staff, who have said things like, " this doesn't look like much on the rack, but would flatter your bustline and minimize your hips." Isn't that what every woman wants? Or "let me bring another top I think you'd like better, as it flatters long waisted ladies". We, started talking then this lady named Kim, came over and I was telling the nice lady I was talking about me breaking 5 phones in a year and my daughter gave me the small phone, and the lady named Kim, came over and said Beggers can't be choosers. Then Kim, walked away. I was in shock and just left. I came back around to get her name and another lady said something about telling the manger and said oh, she was probably playing how did Kim, stated I told her that was not professional or respectful and told her I lost my job, and I already felt bad my eyes full of tears. I didn't want to break down at Macys. I came home I called the executive office at Macy's and spoke to Giselle, and she, stated she would be contacting Jennifer, which I advised her I had spoken to a manager, the manager stated Kim, was a vender. Giselle, said yes, she is a vendor for Versace. I told her that Kim was not being professional and that's no way to speak to any customer. I had lost my job playing or not. I never invited her into my conversation. I do not think that is funny. I was crying when I came home at my age 54. just because the woman named Kim, works for Versace, does not give her the right to treat customers like me or any customer like that. They just moved into a gorgeous, new, all white space at Lamar Park next to Small Planet. I like that they frequently turn their inventory. It's a hip little place to find jewelry, handbags and clothes that you will not see everywhere. They also recently began carrying great loungy CD's, fabulous coffee table books from publishers such as Taschen and candles. So they have entered the world of lifestyle-boutiques which are popular all over the world. There is not other store like Market in Corpus-

After looking around, we decided to go check out the rest of the mall. The staff at Dillard's seemed welcoming, friendly, and helpful. As always, there is also a ton of merchandise offered. No lack of inventory to look through and purchase. Guess inflation has affected every aspect of life as the prices seemed to be as high as ever. At least the store was clean and smelled good, especially the perfume and cologne area.
