I said no, I do not get paid till Tuesday, then she said oh, ok. We, started talking then this lady named Kim, came over and I was telling the nice lady I was talking about me breaking 5 phones in a year and my daughter gave me the small phone, and the lady named Kim, came over and said Beggers can't be choosers. Then Kim, walked away. I was in shock and just left. I came back around to get her name and another lady said something about telling the manger and said oh, she was probably playing how did Kim, stated I told her that was not professional or respectful and told her I lost my job, and I already felt bad my eyes full of tears. I didn't want to break down at Macys. I came home I called the executive office at Macy's and spoke to Giselle, and she, stated she would be contacting Jennifer, which I advised her I had spoken to a manager, the manager stated Kim, was a vender. Giselle, said yes, she is a vendor for Versace. I told her that Kim was not being professional and that's no way to speak to any customer. I had lost my job playing or not. I never invited her into my conversation. I do not think that is funny. I was crying when I came home at my age 54. just because the woman named Kim, works for Versace, does not give her the right to treat customers like me or any customer like that. I hope Versace treat their customers in that manner. Every weekend I am at Macys, might not be a card member, I shop there and online. I am sorry, I am not rich or good enough to shop at Macy. They had a wide variety of dresses all the way to wine bottle stoppers in hone decor, yet the store was not overwhelming or packed so tightly that you couldn't move around freely. B Hive also has an excellent variety of quality shoes which I was gifted a pair of. There are also sale items throughout the store! Excellent customer service. Plenty of variety from pretty clothes to quaint home decor! Love the bargain area! Shop for a night out on the town, holiday gifts, or your favorite jeans and a t-shirt! ***old person disclaimer…read more While I am probably not in Hot Topic's target demographic, they have the odd costume bit and geek paraphernalia on my list from time to time. That said, I'm reminded of my age as soon as I darken the door--- when did all the t-shirts from concerts I went to in college suddenly become "vintage" and "oldies"? Just walking into HT is an adventure from which one may never return. The store is literally a warren of wall to wall merchandise, piled high from floor to ceiling. Nothing is particularly merchandised--all is just kind of piled into unusual aggregates. ;-) I wonder if a teetering mound of Harley Quinn socks and Harry Potter Hogwarts House scarves fell on me, how many days would it take until someone noticed. (Relax HT staff members, this is a rhetorical question; no calculations required). Despite the challenging customer service and layout, you should screw your courage to the sticking point (and pack along some patience in your kit bag) and brave the adventure! If you have to purchase a gift for a young child or angst-filled teenager in your life, you're sure to find something here they'll love. That's what keeps me coming round.

She provided no pressure and was quite helpful. She certainly knows her boots. The store employees are giving inaccurate store/return polices from the ones higher above therefore they are unable to relay proper correct information to the customers. The manager Damon was contradicting herself and making up polices as she went along. She was very confrontational and kept back tracking on what she would say. My husband and I have been a loyal customer there for a few years now! And after having to deal with that manager Damon Boot barn has lost all my respect and all my business.
