I went there a couple of weeks after my brain surgery (I was still pretty spastic and weak with poor balance) and the lady behind the counter insisted in helping me move a small table out to the car to make sure I didn't injure myself; very sweet. I brought in good-condition name-brand clothing and shoes from brands like Polo, Nike, Patagonia, and RVCA, and was offered an extremely low amount for it. The employees seemed to have little understanding of clothing quality, brand value, or what actually sells. It felt like they were judging items based on personal taste rather than their actual resale value. I understand that a thrift store needs to make money, but the offers were nowhere near reasonable for the quality of the clothing. If you have good name-brand clothes to sell, I'd recommend going somewhere else or selling them yourself.

It is chocked full of glassware, dishware, CDs, DVDs, books, and children's toys. They do take credit cards, and the price of the items include the sale tax.
