System pavers live to their guarantee. We got the pavers installed in our backyard through them in March 2023 and after few months we saw some uneven and gaps. Two questions for you: Do you want the job done right? Do you want the job done right the first time? Go with System Pavers. My prior experiences with contractors were terrible. They don't start when they say; they don't finish when they say; they rarely show up on time; they don't listen to my concerns with their work. System Pavers was a completely different experience. My backyard was mostly grass and the side yard was clay and wood chips. I asked System Pavers to give an estimate for installing pavers, and fixing some of the problems that previous contractors made (despite my highlighting the issues). Heather, the System Pavers design consultant on my request, came out, took measurements, and spoke with us to figure out what we wanted. That same day, she had the proposal drawn up (very handy for visualizing the project) and the estimate completed. Our experience with Heather reinforced what we knew about System Pavers: they will get the job done right the first time. Our meeting with Heather gave us confidence in System Pavers. After we agreed on the project, System Pavers quickly contacted us to do a walkthrough of the project with Heather and Derek the project manager. Derek answered our questions and provided detailed information on what would happen and where. Then, miracle of miracles, System Pavers started the project when they said they would. I know. Nuts. After the project broke ground, I brought up any concerns with Derek and the answer each and every time was essentially, "You got it. We'll take care of it." And then they did. Not that there were many concerns (I was just paranoid due to my previous experiences with other contractors). Derek also made sure to keep us updated with what was going on. That's another miracle right there. I am not accustomed to contractors keeping me in the loop. Derek's communication and care for service further enhanced our confidence in System Pavers. System Pavers completed the project on schedule even though there were multiple days of rain during the project. I cannot recommend System Pavers enough. We got our patio done with System Pavers. Design, workmanship and execution were all great. The process was clear, they have high availability, and the referral program is great. Adrian, our second project manager, was quite good at keeping tabs on things and communicating with us. Unfortunately for us, the first project manager left the company in the middle of our project. We understand that employee turnover happens everywhere, but that change pushed us back a few weeks. Additionally, an oversight during the design phase led to an unexpected price increase of almost 30%. We recommend having a PM look at the site prior to committing, as designers might miss things. I believe this was an honest mistake, and not any kind of malicious tactic, but it was quite disruptive to the cost of the project. Overall, this was a positive experience and we would recommend them! read more

The entire team from start to finish was professional, communicative, prompt, and easy to work with. System Pavers remodeled my back and front patios and a walkway around my house. The job helped with some drainage, tying my downspouts with deck and channel drains to help keep water away from the foundation. They worked very efficiently and quickly. The final look is so much nicer than it was before. The crew worked fast and was able to make some minor adjustments that I asked to have done along the way. They were even able to help with the removal and re-standing of my pergola awning, which I didn't expect. We contracted with System Pavers to re-pave our drive way and couldn't be happier with our decision. Their team was top-notch from start to finish. Initially, we worked closely with Sarah Slatter, their design point. She was terrific meeting at our house to discuss the vision and at the supply yard to select the materials. She also produced a color plan illustrating the concept design which enabled us to pin down additional details and edging. The construction team took over and were fantastic. Jeremy Durfee was on point to schedule and oversee a very smooth the process. The demo was quick and contained with material off-hauled as soon as it was ready. Jeremy's foreman Abner, and his main paving expert Hector were excellent executing the work, and laying a beautiful new driveway. We had a number of custom banding and multi-point curve, existing landscaping, rock-walls and fences, all across a 20% slope. They were true craftsman with a great eye for detail and executed mitered corners that exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this full team: Sarah, Jeremy, Abner, and Hector. read more
