Bad mistake. I wanted a new front porch as my solid concrete had shifted so bad that it was pulling away from the house. I spent over $6,000 on a system paver porch. Thank god for the warranty as I've had to have them come out every year to fix it. They left one side open and critters keep digging the dirt out underneath and the pavers cave in. The problem now is that they have more warranty work than they have warranty contractors, so even though I submitted my work request 2 months ago, I still have a caved in front porch. This is unsafe. I'm to the point where I just want to replace it all with concrete. At least that won't collapse. Please do not think that pavers are acceptable for a front porch use case. They are not! Go with stamped concrete if you want something other than the standard concrete. read more

They were amazing! when they first came, the design was out of our price range. Ryan, the designer, called me that night with creative ideas to make it work. We found the right design and there were a few things we didn't think would be doable, but the PM, Mike listened to what would be ideal for us and he made on the spot adjustments to accommodate what we wanted. We have a newly constructed house. System Pavers (SP) did a great job transforming my backyard from mostly dirt into a beautiful gathering area for friends and family. I also love my new walkway that goes along the side of the house to the driveway where we added a platform to store our trash and recycle bins just inside the fence. Getting the bins off of the driveway and out of sight makes the front of the house look a lot better. SP was a great company to work with from beginning to end. Communication was stellar. From sales through office support and project management, all of the staff responded quickly to questions and/or concerns. Also, the workers showed up on time and worked hard all day until the project was finished. After completion, we had several neighbors stop by to comment on how nice things look. Dishonest salesman talked us into making a deposit same day as bid to lock in our discount saying we could cancel within 3 days . Very next morning we called to cancel and salesman promised our money back in 3 days. But sales manager said it would be 10 days per the contract. 10 days passed and still no refund. After multiple calls, texts and emails we finally got a refund 20 days after cancellation. Not a trustworthy company. They say it was a "misunderstanding" ?? We signed a cancellation contract and they acknowledged they received it back! And they did nothing! We emailed the salesman and got nothing but lip service. We emailed the sales manager and he was worthless. We emailed the general manager and he was useless. The 5th email they finally got our money back. That's not a miscommunication. That's malicious vindictive aggression toward their customers! read more

System Pavers come to my door a few weeks ago, stating they were in the neighborhood working on a project. I was already aware of System Pavers and their reputation. Our patio was in need of repair or replacement, so I made an appointment with a designer (Doug Lawson). We discussed our situation, and before he left, we had a quote on both repair and replacement. We had a rather large project which included replacing very long cedar pergola posts, and opted for replacement, and due to a promotion, received free haul away of the old materials. The project was started within a couple of weeks. We met the day before with Doug along and our project manager Mike Arias to make sure our plans were ok, we ended up tweaking things due to the layout and in accordance with code. The team removed the old patio in one day, and most of the old materials were trucked off as well, with the remainder removed the following morning. Our entire project took 7 working days, and project manager Mike was here daily, leading Javier and his team. They did a beautiful job, we just love the results. Everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction as well. Mike even stopped by a few days later as we were having a bit of trouble understanding the controller for the lights, and got us all set up. I would highly recommend System Pavers, especially Doug, Mike and Javier. read more

I went through System Pavers to get some work done in my backyard including adding turf. I have multiple dogs plus I foster and as much as I tried to make a lawn work, it just wasn't happening. More important than looks was the grading and overall lumpiness of the yard. All of the water pooled by the back patio. Everything was always muddy. Rob came over to give us a quote and designed a really great yard that we could enjoy as well as our dogs. The work done included fixing the grading and installing drains that go away from our house from the downspouts. The yard is level and there are multiple layers of fill dirt compacted down that made that happen. As for the turf, Rob was really helpful in providing us info on what was available and the best option for us. The first week after it was installed it rained a ton. It was 3 weeks after install I first had to clean it with some vinegar to deodorize it. Thus far it has been very easy to keep clean. The crew came in and worked everyday til the project was done. It makes a huge difference to have a team focused on finishing a project. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. I was really amazed at how hard they worked to transform our backyard in a short amount of time. I can say I love the space so much more now. I'll add even though it is early my May-June water bill was almost half of what it was last year just by eliminating watering the back. read more

We had a patio made out of what was must have been leftover indoor bathroom tile that would splinter and break off into sharp shards all over our yard. Clearly a "coat of paint" project that was slapped on just to sell the house. Add to that a rotting pergola, and we could never bring ourselves to spend any quality time outside with our dogs and enjoy our own backyard. System Pavers really went above and beyond to ensure that our vision for a small "getaway" outside came to life. Jaden and Alex were awesome during the consultation, planning, and construction. What I really appreciated was Alex's willingness to ensure everything was just right before doing the final walkthrough. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured into making decisions, and it was clear that he respected what we were trying to accomplish. Very grateful for all the effort and communication that lead to an amazing finished product. The new paved patio is gorgeous, more spacious, low maintenance, and will last us decades. I reached out to inquire, and received a response immediately. I got a video conference appointment with John Orr who walked me through the whole process and options. Then I visited the showroom (that was before the Coronavirus crisis) to see the actual colors and look of the stones, while John patiently answered all my questions. The project began, the workers arrived every morning at 7:30 am and worked till almost 6 pm. They did an excellent job, and even surprised me by showing up day after a snow storm to continue working after plowing out the snow! The project manager, Adrian Munoz was extremely responsive to all my questions and concern. Customers service is extremely important to me and I think true measure of customer's service is AFTER the sales and after all papers are signed. Well, I have a problem 2 days after the project was completed. I notified Adrian on Fri, a worker showed up bright and early on Sat morning and all is fixed! THAT, to me, is customer's service. From day one through the completion of the project, our experience with System Pavers could not have been more positive. This was due in large part to the amazing customer service provided by the trio of our sales manager/design consultant Jeremy, our construction manager extraordinaire Jose, and most of all our outstanding project manager Alex. All three of them went above and beyond in making us feel like VIP customers. We had our back patio (flagstone) torn out and replaced with pavers, along with a series of steps leading to the front entrance of the house. The meticulous attention to detail in the quality of work by Jose and his two-man crew was remarkable. When we did run into a couple of unforeseen problems, Alex jumped into action and with the crew immediately came up with and implemented solutions to keep things running on schedule and within budget. Our back-and-forth communication with Alex from start to finish was terrific. He kept us up-to-date and well informed every step of the way, and every time we reached out to him he responded immediately. We are completely satisfied with the finished product, including the materials, design and workmanship. Plus, the crew left the area incredibly clean when they were done - not what we've experienced in the past with other contractors. System Pavers replaced my concrete driveway with pavers. The detailed process that were described to me and their 25 year warranty, as well as their competitive pricing and reputation were the major factors in selecting them for the job. We were very pleased with the entire process, from the initial contact with Doug Lawson, our Design Consultant, meeting with him to relay our thoughts, to some modifications of his initial design, to me getting comfortable with the proposed contract, to assistance with the application to our HOA. Then before the work began, we met with Alex Ritchie, our Project Manager, who went over the design and selection of our pavers so that the appropriate materials could be ordered. Alex was on the job each of the 3 days of the job to make sure things were going as planned, and I had regular contact by text with him during that time. They did run into some unexpected drainage conditions during the job, which Alex promptly came and saw, and then discussed options with me. When the work was complete, Alex came again to make sure we were happy with the work. Doug also came to make sure we were happy. Their constant communication, attention to detail and mandate to make sure we're happy with the work are unsurpassed in my eyes, and I highly recommend them. read more

Had the sales representative, Salvatore, come do an estimate for our backyard yesterday. He was very polite and thorough at first, but when we talked about our budget it wasn't so pleasant. We got quoted $30k for a simple turf/rock design which included a discount (would have been closer to $35k without it) and a payment plan of $600/month. Then he tried to tell us anyone that will do the work for less than that is a scam. I had to fight the urge to laugh. That price was insane! If you're willing to blow that kind of money, go for it. If you're wanting something more budget friendly--do NOT bother getting an estimate from these folks. They'll make you watch a presentation video where they stroke their egos for 30 minutes then blow you out the water with the cost. Absolutely insane. read more

We are so thrilled with our experience with System Pavers. From the initial sales call outlining our wants and needs, suggestions from our project manager -Travis, to the project's completion, the company was so professional and courteous. Nobody could touch the 25 year warranty, and in Colorado where the ground is known to shift, that security was very important to us. We worked with Doug as the design consultant and Mike as the project manager. They both answered my many questions and never acted like I was a bother. The installation team was absolutely incredible, and I was impressed watching their efforts and expertise. The final walkthrough uncovered a slight design flaw (that I didn't even notice as the owner) and the crew came back out within a couple of days to correct it. Our first project was in 2017 when we replaced the old wood deck with a patio of pavers including a sitting bench and built in propane fireplace. This was another large project replacing our aging timber retaining wall which stretches sixty five feet across our yard. James made a 3D diagram of the design on the computer in about 10 mins in the first meeting! We could actually see what the reconstruction would look like! Our recently-completed project with System Pavers started last Autumn, with just ideas being thrown around on what to do with our barren yard. Designer Josh helped us map out some options that exactly fit what we were hoping for, but we decided to hold off as winter approached. Fast forward to earlier this year, and Josh helped us pick right back up, with the twist that we wanted to expand the scope of the project to include multiple paver walkways, a BBQ kitchen area, and artificial turf. Having previously dealt with contractors who were not on the same page as me, I took some promises with a grain of salt at first. Turns out, that was not necessary! We were assigned Andrew as project manager. Sure enough, he communicated in advance, during, and after different phases of the project were occurring. He solicited feedback and each of the changes we made were implemented correctly. We were notified long before we signed the contract that the turf installation would be weather dependent, and we were lucky to get a few days of warmth that allowed them to complete the job in a shorter timeframe than expected. The designer, Josh, was also involved throughout the process and made sure that what was being implemented was what we actually wanted and expected.
