Per the first voicemail, it says that I was confirmed by not having to respond. So your policy seems inconsistent and it is not fair for patients who made appts for Saturdays 6 months in advance. And you're not saving me money from cancellation fee, when I didn't plan on canceling. I knew of my appt and made plans to go. Your business hours say your office closes at 1pm on Fridays. OK First let me tell you about the bad experience from the last office that brought me to this office so you'll understand why I like it: Basically, my other dental office wanted to charge me $1650 for an implant crown and to me that is outrageous considering when this is all over with I would have been able to buy a car. There are other types of crowns but my last office said I could only have one (Blue Block) and perhaps another that was similar in price. I looked online though, and found out that that wasn't the case. I could get the regular porcelain fused to metal if I want to. But nope, they wouldn't do it. Hmmmm empty spot where tooth used to be and buy a car? Or new tooth? OK well I care about myself so I went with the new tooth, that doesn't mean I am just gonna say ok when someone presents me with a $1650 bill for a crown (that's including insurance).... so I called around. While hardly any other dental offices would give me prices over the phone, Ladera Ranch Dental did which shows me that there is no BSing with the pricing. They obviously charge everybody the same price, no negotiations here and I like it like that. It's obviously a place that doesn't rip you off. In the past, my last office had lowered the price by saying, "Oh I can give you a special deal". WTF!!! Special deal? We are not buying trinkets at a swap meet! This place was just straight forward and it was much, MUCH cheaper, without insurance!!! So, that's what got me in the door. Obviously I care more about things then my wallet, but money can make or break a decision.... So, now I am here. The experience has been great and they have been great. They are so professional and comforting and just overall a great experience.

Appointments are promptly started, the office and equipment are clean and modern. Dr. Fatehi oversees all of his patients even if it's a hygienist you've been worked on. Computerized x-rays are instantaneous and painless (compared to the old school sharp and stiff xray pieces I used to have to bite down on). Each visit has been pleasant. I've never felt rushed or had pain after a visit. Our daughter is also a patient and they are really good with children.
