I took a chance booking my cleaning here, especially after going a long period without dental care, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard, seen, and never judged. Dr. Bui and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and have the best bedside manner I've ever experienced at a dental office. They take their time with you, explain everything clearly, and make you feel truly welcomed--not rushed or treated like just another patient. You can tell they genuinely care about their community and the people they serve. I highly recommend this office for anyone ages 5 and up. I've been coming here for a few years now, and this place is amazing! Eve is so kind and always takes the time to explain everything clearly -- from the procedures to what's covered by insurance. They've even offered my family discounts multiple times, which I really appreciate. Dr. Bui's work is truly 10/10. When I first came in, I needed crowns after root canals and had several cavities, and honestly, I used to dread dentist visits. Beware of this place. Chop shop. Very shady business. Hides and never explains reasoning for the treatment. The office crew rotates in and out like a car wash. One thing consistent is the poor quality of service and dentistry. Beware and ask questions why the micro filling. No other place does this. They will run up the bill for twice a year and max out your dental plan for things you don't need. I am now paying to fix the unnecessary micro filling. read more

I hate going to the dentist, but who loves it? I can't say enough about Dr. BUI. He is the bomb! He and his assistant ls are kind and caring. They are gentle and make sure that if you are uncomfy during your stay that they properly ensure that you get that happy comfortable space. They ease ypu into procedures. I spoke to Christina at 4:41pm while the store hours said they are closed at 6 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. She claimed they were really busy when it seemed as she wanted to go home after a slow day. It was an emergency as my tooth is in extreme pain and did not show any remorse or compassion towards me as a patient. I showed up to the building because the pain was so bad and the lights were out and door was closed. She also told me to come at 5:30pm on a Tuesday when they are closed at 5. The entire experience was wonderful. This is my first dentist I went to after my childhood dentist all my life. I played basketball in college and broke my front tooth and put off getting if fixed until now. All the staff and owners where very knowledge and kind throughout my entire process. They were able to fit my work schedule and finish everything fast. My front tooth needed a crown and let me just tell you it looks so real and they matched the other front tooth with a veneer. I have been getting complements about my smile and not my broken tooth anymore. My confidence and happiness has defiantly gone up. I also had two cracked fillings that needed crowns. I went in for a routine cleaning and xrays. The xray procedure was very painful. They don't use bite wings. It was a piece of metal they moved around my mouth. They didn't do a cleaning. It was a polishing done by the receptionist. I'm sure they billed insurance for a cleaning. They wanted to perform $6000 worth of work which was totally unnecessary. I wish I could give 0 stars to write this review. I had my teeth cleaned here last week. I am STILL in pain after a simple teeth cleaning. I was there for 1.5 hours - which is insane for a teeth cleaning. They tried to upsell me on everything from a deep cleaning to 10% off if I agreed to a secondary cleaning. I have filed a complaint through the dental board of California. The woman next to me was screaming in pain during her service and now I understand why. read more

Not only did Eve call us after hours to schedule something for the next morning, but when they determined he needed a root canal, they gave up their Christmas party to make sure he got the care he needed. Dr. Thinh Bui has been my primary dentist since I finished my four years contract with the United State Navy and I couldn't happier. I visit Dr. Thinh Bui office once every six months and I never have a problem scheduling an appointment. Each time I visit Dr. Thinh Bui office for a check up with getting my teeth clean. Dr. Thinh Bui is extremely skillful and I never feel any type of pain. Usually I get very nervous going to the dentist in the past due to feeling pain in my gums after my cleaning process.
