First visit was good after everything seemed like an effort to upsell. Most recently they started cosmetic services on my daughter without my consent or approval and charged my credit card. Farah (front desk) was unwilling to recognize the mistake or make any adjustments because of it. It felt very dishonest and I was incredibly disappointed. read more

Like most I do NOT like seeing the dentist EVER! My husbands friend recommend this office as we have had issues finding someone we felt comfortable with! My first appointment on 3/5/20 was for X-rays and cleaning AND I didn't hate it!! I already knew I needed a crown replaced and of course that came up, so we made that appointment for 3/11. Came back on 3/11 for a temporary crown and AGAIN I didn't hate it!! Honestly..... it was painless as they make sure you are comfortable at all times!! I must say both visits were pleasantly nice and easy. I was in and out in 1.5 hours, didn't have to wait FOREVER like I have in the past. They seem to be very nicely organized, not super pushy on things you need. Which of course just means it gets super expensive! Yes, I had to pay for things I needed done but I did NOT get a laundry list of things I needed to do ASAP, which would just cost me thousands and thousands of dollars! This office is AMAZING from the second you walk in the door! I can honestly say.... I am no longer scared to go to the dentist! I know that sounds crazy but I promise you won't be disappointed!! Dr. Taylor & his staff are super friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. For my first visit, they took some x-rays, pictures of my old metal fillings, and did a cleaning & exam. Dr. Taylor could've just replaced the metal fillings but he gave me an honest opinion - the fillings are still ok for now & if I want to replace it, they could do it, but it's not necessary at this point. They are going to monitor it until it's necessary to replace. I appreciate his honesty because I've had a dentist in the past who replaced all my fillings on one side without even letting me know. I thought they were just replacing 1 or 2, but when I went home to look, it was all replaced! I never went back to that office. Anyway, I'm so glad I went to Dr. Taylor & would definitely recommend him to everyone I know! read more

Dr Taylor & his Office Manager, Janet, SAVED the day and many days since! Out of the blue, my veneer popped-off. Normally I wouldn't have been in such a panic but it was my FRONT tooth! There was NO way I could be seen anywhere with it missing!! Not having any experience with this, I first went to the dentist I was just assigned to via my Dental HMO thinking it would be an easy fix. After waiting for hours, and then spending ANOTHER hour in the chair, that dentist got it on and I rushed to work for what was left of the day. Not even 10 hours later, it popped off again!! I called that dentist and he told me there was nothing else that could be done but a crown, which by the way insurance barely covers. I was horrified and started eyeing up the super glue! Remembering Taylor's great office nearby when I had the insurance to go there, I reached out at around 7:30am the nest morning, assuming I would be leaving a message. A person picked-up the phone, Janet! She was awesome and talked me from the ledge. She called Dr Taylor and he came right in to meet me. After assessing the situation and assuring me he'd do his best, he gave it another whirl. ONE month later, still good to go!! He was amazing - skilled, kind, experienced, attentive!! Janet was great!! Darn insurance!! Would go there in a heartbeat if I could but telling everyone I know that they should! Next time enrollment period comes around, I would mold my selection based on getting Dr Taylor as my dentist. THANKS DR T!! read more

TWO MONTHS LATER.... This is a follow up review to my glowing remarks a couple months back. At that time, Dr. T had made note that I did have some cracks in a tooth (due to those lovely old school silver fillings). What struck me then was the almost LACK of a hard sell or gloom n' doom scenario that "if you don't do this tomorrow it's going to be a disaster!". To the contrary, he was very laid back and said something to the affect of "from my experience (of which he has 25+ years) it looks like 'this' will happen... not a matter of if, but when." And so went a very low key discussion saying "it's up to you but I'm not going to push you in one direction or another". And yes... this past weekend, while chomping popcorn, part of my tooth cracked off. And it was the one (there are two actually that need attention) that he said would happen first. Thankfully nothing close to the nerve. SO..... I went in yesterday and began the crown procedure. If there was a way to make a drill sound like Pearl Jam, I'd be thrilled... other than the never joyous sound of the procedure - it was FAR better than I had expected. He's thorough, his assistant does a great job on her end, and by the end I was far less stressed than I thought I'd be. 24 hours later and I have minimal soreness in the area and the temp crown feels fine. I go back in a couple weeks to get the actual crown on - but the most unpleasant part is done and suffice to say it was much better than expected. ONCE AGAIN - DO I RECOMMEND Dr. T and his staff? ABSOLUTELY! Do I feel like I got the best work done? ABSOLUTELY! Rather than chasing around $59 deals and questionable practices that hard sell the upgrade - I truly believe I received the best care, at a fair price, from good people with amazing experience that I can trust. I just got off the phone making an appt to see Dr. Taylor tomorrow and realized I'd never yelp'd him. I started going to this office back when the principal Dr there was Todd Engle. He was a good guy. He turned his office over to Dr Taylor a couple years ago and I've been going there ever since. Its a great office. New and has all the high tech machines and equipment. The staff is always VERY pleasant and friendly. Dr Taylor is VERY cordial and VERY friendly. I get a very good impression from him. He's definitely NOT a upsell kind of dentist. I'll look forward to my appt tomorrow as I haven't seen him in a bit and going there is almost like going to see an old friend. Good stuff. read more

I went to this dentist years ago. I was told that I had a mouthful of cavities and would probably need at least one root canal if I didn't get thousands of dollars worth of work done right away. Years later, new dentist, no cavities, no root canal.... so glad I listened to my intuition and not this dentist! Pretty scary to think I could have gone through all of this for no reason. read more

This is the best dentist I've ever been to. I'm super nervous about going to the dentist, but Dr. Taylor and his entire staff were friendly, patient, and helpful. They were super flexible on scheduling, extremely friendly and genuine, and most importantly he did excellent dental work on me that saved me from having to pay a specialist thousands of dollars.
