They also did not provide the CDT procedure codes, making it difficult for me to verify what I should actually owe. The whole experience felt far more like a sales pitch than healthcare. Verify everything with your insurance and get the procedure codes before signing or paying anything.

And boy, do I have another review for you…read more From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the loveliest front desk team, who immediately made me feel calm and comfortable before heading off to war in my mouth. They even offered me a Bubly, not to be confused with Bublé, to wet my beak before surgery. Nothing like a little sparkling water to prepare you for battle. From there, I went in for my cleaning, which was genuinely one of the most comfortable dental experiences I have ever had. My dental hygienist was incredibly sweet and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. Not to mention, the equipment is top of the line. Dentistry has come a long way from what used to feel like someone going at your mouth with a spatula and a pickaxe. After the cleaning, it was time for surgery. I was greeted by another amazing hygienist who got me set up with nitrous oxide. She told me, "You will know it is working when you start feeling giggly." Joke is on her. Nothing is funny when you are already dead inside. But jokes aside, the nitrous made an enormous difference and had me completely relaxed going into what was some pretty serious dental work. At certain points, it sounded like an aircraft carrier was landing and a small country was being invaded inside my mouth, but somehow the entire procedure was painless and relatively comfortable. A huge thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of me, getting me back on track, and finally getting me to a place where I can feel proud of my dental health again. I have not been to the dentist in years and they have made going to the dentist a welcoming experience.
