I was anxious about going to the dentist because of prior experiences at other offices, but they went out of their way to make me feel so comfortable and at ease the entire time. The part I was most nervous about was the numbing, and it was basically painless! Scheduling: 5 - they were able to squeeze me in right away, and I even cancelled my upcoming appointments at another dentist office to continue care here because of how great they are. Cost: 5 - it is rare to find a dental office that is so honest and transparent with pricing. I will be getting my wisdom teeth removed here and continuing my general cleanings here as well. I received another quote for an office that was $8k more for my wisdom teeth because of the upselling on additional unnecessary add-ons. Their insurance coordinator was able to contact my insurance and get quotes for me within hours, and took the time to fully walk through everything with me and verify. I so appreciated this! Expertise: 5 - Dr Riad is truly an artist, and he has a lovely, kind bedside manner. He made me feel so comfortable, checked in on me to make sure I was OK, and made sure I was 100% happy with my teeth. He was also very gentle. He did an amazing job! He takes great care of my teeth and spends the time to chat, discuss soccer and we relate with both our girls playing the sport. I'm very thankful for the prompt turn around time so I didn't go longer without it. My kids still see Dr. Mikaeya Kalantari. She is patient and kind. Very knowledgeable in her craft. They are able to get all 3 of my kids into their every 6 month cleanings in back to back appointments in one day. We schedule our next appointment at the end of each visit.
