Per the first voicemail, it says that I was confirmed by not having to respond. So your policy seems inconsistent and it is not fair for patients who made appts for Saturdays 6 months in advance. And you're not saving me money from cancellation fee, when I didn't plan on canceling. I knew of my appt and made plans to go. Your business hours say your office closes at 1pm on Fridays.
