His specialty is with the Yamaha RD/RZ series bikes, but also knew his way around a Kawasaki triple too, and was one of the few machinists who could do a triple crankshaft and make it look like a walk in the park and have the engine run smoothly. He had asked to use my H2 750cc triple to manufacture a set of pipes for a limited production run, had my bike for about 7 or 8 months and turned me on to a set of pipes for his cost of mfg. for the use of my bike. Yes, he can be kind of difficult to deal with if you do not know him, he always said he never liked to be bothered while working, so that is sure understandable. The man is of a genius level as far as I'm concerned, and can do mods on a 2 stroke engine that would extract huge amounts of power out of it. He just does stuff his way and that is that. I personally saw 73 rear wheel HP out of a 500cc 2-stroke triple he tuned for us on his dyno, that bike was scary fast to ride and would get your attention when it came on the pipes! Many may bash him for his business skills(or lack thereof), but he was always straight up with me over decades of time, and I always kept it straight and to the point and listened what he had to say. If he's still in business today, I'd recommend his services. He is a good man.

The price he quoted me was a great price. But this is a like mom and pop shop. The community shop. I met with Sean the service took less than an hour. They offer me water or soda which I thought was a nice jester. I said no thanks since I brought my own water and snacks. He check my air pressure and straighten my mirror. That' was for free that is what I am talking about. It's the small gestures that make a place stand out for. Come to find out 2 brothers Sean and Shane. This is my new shop like I said great prices. Close to where I leave if I need anything done on the bike. This is my only spot I am taking my bike. Talk with any one of them they will take care of you and once again they will beat the bigger dealerships prices. It's worth the ride for price. I use to ride to wheels n motion in chatsworth not any more. They earn my business and I be telling all my friends and anyone I meet from now on this is the spot to go to in the valley. I ride a yam tracer 9 GT. It's a small shop but great service and prices my kind of shop. Check them out if in area or just want good prices and service I am telling you this will become your shop. Plus let's keep the community shop alive and striving. Everyone keep the rubber side up. Stay alert and be safe!

Sean and Shane made a repeat customer out of me on my first visit. Super glad I happened upon this…read moreshop when I had flat in my front tire. They're fast, fair priced and super friendly. I've had a lot of bad luck as of late with shops that make me feel like I am asking a huge favor of them to repair my bike, rather than a customer. But these two brothers, who seem to work together very efficiently and lovingly, (I dont know that I could work every day with my brothers and not bonk heads) were both ultra communicative, fast and helpful. The only downside is that I'm just learning about them now. This isnt an upstart shop. Its been there for 20 years! Wish I'd known about them sooner, rather than taking my bike to grumpy biker places which made me feel like I was doing something wrong by asking to get my bike serviced, or charging me ridiculous prices to have the bike sit for days/weeks on end. I hope these guys are here for another 20 years, because I'll bring my bike(s) back here every time now!

On long rides, we'd have to stop every 45-minutes to give her a break. We had an unexpected ride from Vegas to LA come up, so I called Le Pera with 4 days' notice, hoping they would have a seat in stock for my bike that they could overnight to me. I was transferred to Ashley R., who sympathized with my situation. Unfortunately, they didn't have a seat in stock but Ashley jumped into action and talked the shop into making me one the next day. Three days later, I received my beautiful -- and extremely comfortable -- Maverick Daddy Long Legs edition (I'm 6'2") in black with black diamond pattern stitching. And I didn't pay a penny more for the rush order. The following morning, my girlfriend and I took off to LA. What a HUGE difference the Maverick seat made! It was like riding on a sofa. It's gorgeous, steak, and extraordinarily comfortable for rider and passenger. Installation is brain dead simple. The rear fender hardware fit but was slightly short, so I had to nudge the seat back to attach the screw. I called Ashley up and she offered to get me a longer bracket. So, once in LA, I stopped by their N. Hollywood shop to pick one up. Of course, she gave me the bracket for free. Such great customer service. I can't recommend Le Pera enough. I will only ever buy Le Pera seats from now on.
