I called RUTHLESS cycles, made an appointment and brought my bike in for an oil change. The regular mechanic was sick, so Art, the owner of RUTHLESS cycles changed the oil, discovered my handlebars were severly loose and my front forks were shot! I'll come back soon to RUTHLESS cycles for new forks because the PRICE for their WORK is very reasonable! This shop is spotless. The clean work benches, the clean floors and bike lifts... not a drop of oil is very noticable. They are RUTHLESS in every way toward perfection! Art even showed me how to polish chrome! His car and motorcycle are on the display floor to demonstrate this fact.... RUTHLESS skill! Check them out before u go somewhere else

Cons: Communication can be better. Given this is a one man shop, it's still much appreciated if the customer is kept on the loop and updated frequently about their bike. In my case I had to wait almost 2 months for everything to be done, and I wish I was better kept informed about delays on work being done. All in all this shop is a great bet if you need quality work done on your bike, as long as you don't mind waiting.

They are very knowledgeable about more than just the scooters they work on and are very open to discussing vintage rides of all types. They also live what they do for a living. They are avid riders so understand the needs of their customers which is a huge bonus. The recently moved into this new location which is a little better than the last one around the corner. Nicer shop area and separate work station area make it perfect to see what's being done while checking out the finished product at the same time. If there's one thing to remember though that perfection takes time. You can either have it fast (and wrong) or right (and safe). So stop by the new shop and say hello. It's well worth the trip.

He is that good. What sets Marius apart is how much he genuinely cares. His communication is exceptional, and it's clear that he takes tremendous pride not only in his work, but also in the relationships he builds with his customers. He takes the time to answer questions, talk through concerns, and help me make informed decisions based on my priorities, my budget, and, most importantly, my safety. He's honestly more than a mechanic. He's a trusted motorcycle advisor. Marius has maintained both my 2022 KTM Duke 390 and my 2024 Honda CB1000R Black Edition, and I've trusted him with just about every aspect of their upkeep. That includes oil changes, tire replacements, chain replacements, battery diagnostics and replacement when my KTM wouldn't start, and general maintenance associated with keeping motorcycles outdoors. He's also helped me think through suspension setup, clutch adjustments, and brake maintenance to make sure my bikes are performing and handling the way they should. Most of my visits have been for preventative maintenance and keeping my motorcycles in excellent condition rather than dealing with major mechanical failures. That said, I've seen Marius working on bikes with much more serious issues, and the level of care and expertise he brings to those jobs is just as impressive. LA Superbikes really feels like a one-stop shop, whether you're coming in for routine maintenance, troubleshooting a problem, or dealing with something much more substantial. The quality of his work is impeccable. He maintains my bikes to a standard that makes me genuinely proud to own and show them off. His attention to detail, turnaround times, pricing, and overall customer support have consistently been fantastic. One thing I particularly appreciate is how approachable he is. Anytime I've had a question or raised a concern, he's been more than happy to have an open, thoughtful conversation about it. I've never felt rushed, dismissed, or pressured into spending money unnecessarily. Quite the opposite. I always leave feeling more knowledgeable, confident, and excited about riding. Above all, Marius is just an incredibly kind, genuine person who clearly loves what he does.
