Was on a ride and my clutch started sticking after being with my mechanic for well over a month and spent an insane amount of money I should've just came here 1400 dollars later .5 minutes he had the problem solved then refused to charge me for the adjustments I have found my new motorcycle mechanic Ps and thank you so much keep up the good work

My sporty infront of the shop

So long story short I recently bought a Harley iron 883 and needed it's 5k service as well as an inspection and let me just start by saying I feel like Im riding a brand new bike from the moment I left the shop I could feel the power on my bike just changed dramatically. Roy pointed out a few things for me that may need some revision later but I definitely do appreciate the work he does great guy even let me in the shop while he was working (not something most places will allow) to me that was very appreciated. I'm very happy with the service and price that he charges If you have a Harley and need work done I recommend Roy. You can always go to a Harley dealership anytime and get charged an arm and a leg plus some more on top. So if you wanna keep your wallet fat and you ride running in top shape I recommend Roy he definitely earned my business for life! THANKS AGAIN ROY !

Roy took good quick care of me and my Suzuki. I made an appointment on Monday for Wednesday and was in and out in an hour. No upsell just a plain old oil and filter and off I went. The bike banter was fun as I go back almost as far as Roy and he is very knowledgeable. You WILL save $$$ over a dealership for most services. Call and get a price over the phone. Thanks Roy :)

Roy is great. He helped lower my Yamaha and I will definitely be going back to get it serviced.

Roy is very pleasant to deal with, he's fair with his pricing and generally fun to talk to about bikes, old and new.

Went there to get a new rear tire, and they noticed my chain was failing, and had a great chain in stock.

From the moment I walked in until the second I got my bike work done, they communicated with me, kept me posted, and helped me choose the right modifications for my needs. This isn't your typical corner sport bike shop that charges you little for subpar work. If you want premium work done on your ride, you need to pay premium for it, and that's exactly what Motorsport Exotica is about. Tanner was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and working with my schedule. I felt so welcomed and the shop is absolutely amazing. The beautiful rides and awesome vibe make it a great place to be. I also got to meet all the employees who do the actual work, and I was stunned by their originality and talent. The employees in the back working on the bikes were truly exceptional. I highly recommend Motorsport Exotica for all your sport bike needs. Oh, and I almost forgot: if you call and they don't answer, they'll call you right back. Who does that these days?

1 Star - Disappointed - Poor Workmanship & Questionable Practices…read more I brought my Aprilia RSV4 to this shop for a valve adjustment, and the experience was extremely disappointing. After nearly a week, I picked up the bike and immediately noticed it didn't sound right--rough and unhealthy. I raised my concerns, but the tech insisted it was normal and said everything was fine. It wasn't. Shortly after, I discovered the bike was nearly 3/4 of a quart low on oil--something that should never happen after a major service. When I brought it back, they acknowledged the oil level but chose not to recheck the valve adjustment, which was the main reason for the visit. After getting nowhere with them, I contacted other shops for a second opinion. Every one of them agreed the bike didn't sound right. I ended up checking the valves again--they were out of spec. That should never happen after a valve adjustment. Additional issues included: * Clutch cover gasket was not replaced, despite being charged for it. * My race air filter was removed, replaced with a lower-quality aftermarket filter, and I was still charged $87 to "clean" the original--which was never returned. * Crankcase bolt cover was left loose and leaking oil. * I provided oil and a filter, yet they still charged labor for an oil change that should've been included in the valve service. * Tank bolts were stripped. * There were inconsistencies between what was said on the phone and what was done in the shop. This experience showed a clear lack of attention to detail and care, and in some cases, what felt like dishonest practices. I would not trust this shop again and would not recommend it to others. Stay away.
