He's claiming he didn't do business with me, but somehow has my phone number as a customer and the image shows an employee of Affordable Granite in my house. Showed up 3 hours past the scheduled timeframe. Brought the wrong granite pieces and the wrong color. The employees had us call Ed and then Walter who both said they "don't know what happened." They also stole 3 pieces of granite from our home without our consent and is refusing to return them. Terrible management, workmanship, and professionalism.

Upon choosing the countertops that I was interested in, he immediately shot me back a text message with a quote. We arranged for him to come out and measure the cabinets and we hired him on the spot. Less than one week later, the countertops were installed and we are very happy with them! His staff that installed the countertops, were very pleasant, friendly, courteous and they wore masks the whole time. They also went an extra mile and moved our garbage can over to the neighbors so that the garbage could be picked up, since they blocked the driveway. That right there, if that's not five star service, I don't know what it is! We will be using him again for a couple of our bathrooms and I will be referring him to all of my friends and family looking for a fabricator. I did a lot of research and his communication and the way that he does business, was my top choice. Try him out! You will not regret it!

We had a wonderful experience with Ed and his team. They were fast and efficient. The quartz is…read morebeautiful and installed perfectly. Their pricing is very fair and I am recommending to all friends and family. Thank you for helping bring my kitchen to life! The process was this quick and easy: I called for inquiry on an estimate on quartz for my kitchen, the next day Ed drove to my house in Jacksonville (they are based out of Orlando) with samples of their quartz and granite. Someone was at the shop sending live footage of the large slabs based off of the samples I liked. He mapped out everything in my kitchen extremely quickly but with excellent precision. They were available to come and install a week later. We only had to postpone due to a hold up on our new cooktop. Any questions I had along the way was a quick text or call away and always answered almost immediately.

My buddy referred me to EdStone after my usual countertop company told me that had a 5-week…read morebacklog. Ed was friendly and responsive, measuring and providing a quote the next day. The installation happened just 5-day later. Great right, not so fast..... That is where the honeymoon ended! The installer(s) used ALEX acrylic latex caulk to install the vanity top, sink and backsplash. They said they couldn't install the shower knee wall cap, threshold, and niche sill, because they didn't have thin set mortar. The quote clearly stated installation was included for all the items on the quote, not just the vanity top. Note: acrylic latex caulk is not waterproof, shrinks, and promotes mold and mildew in wet environments, like a bathroom and sink/vanity. Clearly, this is not industry standard, 100% silicone or siliconized acrylic latex (thinset mortar for the shower) is, but the quote didn't specify what materials were to be used. If you use EdStone make sure you specify what materials you expect on the quote. Needlessly, I had to pay someone else afterwards to install the shower pieces as Ed was less than helpful when I asked about them. Buyer beware....... While the initial process and the quartz pieces themselves were 5-stars, the substandard materials used to install (well only partly) them was a 2-star affair. Be sure what you expect is in the contract before signing it.

They do good work however their business operations and scheduling is a headache. Both times using them we were happy with finished product but it was the journey getting to the finished product. On the first house they estimated it would be 2-3 days to complete an entire 3 upstairs bedrooms, hall and staircase. 2-3 days turned into a week. Their typical work starts strong, and the one person shows up the following days to complete the remainder alone. Same thing happened to the 2nd house but this time they forgot to order flooring needed to complete a 3rd room. The overall work is great but their customer service is over promised and under delivered.
