I'm very indecisive but they have helped me pick and choose based on my feedback. Also, they can order anything you want or need! I found a beautiful selection on Pinterest and they ordered for me at no additional fee. Their showroom is great. They have tons of products and options displayed so you can get a better idea. Their pricing is comparable if not better than their competitors. They offer installation at a very reasonable price. Before install, they come out to quote but what's even better is they put together a project plan outlining the project area, colors, products, "trouble spots" etc so everyone's on the same page. We have NOT yet had our options installed but for shopping they've been great. I'll be back for install update!

I trusted this company, referred by a close friend, but it became a nightmare. Dustin Chandler gave…read moreme an estimate and said at most five leveling bags might be needed, and that I'd likely get a refund since most people don't need leveling. Once the floor was torn out, they demanded 35 bags, and my cost jumped by over 50%. At that point, I felt like I was being held hostage. They told me if I didn't pay, they would leave me with an unfinished floor. I was completely stuck. Even if they had asked for 10k more, I would have had to pay. The drilling was extreme. Recessed lights came loose and fell out. Some vents fell out, and others were left hanging, turning the first floor into a mess. I had no warning this kind of damage could happen. When I couldn't get help from the staff, I contacted the owner, Celeste Carr, expecting some resolution. The worst part of this entire experience was speaking to the owner, who told me I was being offered only cents on the dollar as a courtesy, which I declined given what I had already paid. Instead of helping, she justified everything and told me I should have read the fine print. I felt betrayed. My advice: read every line carefully. This company leaves you without options once you're in. I fully expect the owner will respond with a fabricated story, but I stand by my experience.

Larry said no he will make it fit. It took two of them pushing down from both sides with all their weight to force it in place which scraped the walls and cracked the ceiling. All they had to do was trim one edge slightly and it would have gone into place without forcing it.. So now we will be worrying as time goes on when will this crack. I called and talked to a older lady and she said don't worry if it cracks they will come out to put a new one in. All they had to do is not force it into a space that it would no go in hard. Same river rock this year.....but this is NOT brown river rock. The batches do not change this much from year to year. There is no brown at all in this mix. It's orange and white. They did not care. Same "gaslighting" of a woman.."oh did you rinse it off?" Seriously, for them to pull that male cheuavcanism is pathetic. I had to ask for a refund. They did not offer. Typical male no customer service and walks away from me. Wow. They could have offered another solution or helped me further....might have mad a bigger sale. Horrible customer service. Not only did they repair the broken leg that I brought it in for, but they also fixed the other two legs, noticing that they were in need of repair as well. On top of that, they went above and beyond by stripping and re-staining the base of the table so that everything matched. The service was incredible! The price was exactly what I have been quoted, which was very reasonable. The staff was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. They even identified the wood that the base was made out of for me, noting the tables quality.

Absolutely lovely experience. We can't wait to get our new windows. UPDATE: Initial quote and contract - 5/9/2024 Window install - 6/18/2024 Caps and concerns - 6/29/2024 First Bill Due (financing) - 7/25/2024 Paint - 7/8/2024 The process took roughly two months from start to finish with clear communication from Ben and Rachel. We had a few caulking and paint concerns after installation which they were quick to schedule remediation for (see above). The windows are NOT impact windows, but hurricane rated up to 140 MPH with .21 SHGC, UFactor .3, and Air Leakage .3 or less, and Low E Argon gas (i.e., energy efficient). Purchaded 6 single hung, double pane, tempered glass of various sizes for less than $8K. It was not the cheapest or most expensive quote. Liked the lifetime guarantee (free glass repair, free screen repair, free re-caulking). The 1-YR guarantee is super specific and thus hard to get i.e., includes whether the othet company has lifetime written guarantee, lendth of business, BBB rating, NARI status, etc. Overall, we are satisfied with the purchase, process, and communication. We will be excited to see how well they age. We would recommend the company based on our previous interactions with the company.
