I tried to take it back to ACE HARDWARE and there were some scratches on the bottom, he said he could NOT return to the shelve, he STILL never mentioned this really wasn't a cooler, wondering if he even knew????? THIS was after I told him it would not keep ICE and we had a lot of food spoilage :( THIS stupid POS cost us a fortune in ICE/spoiled food and I felt like a FOOL for even buying it, but I will post a pic below, see if you can tell me this doesn't look like a cooler and consider it was in the middle of the YETI coolers - I just want a FREAKEN cooler and not a "gear box" (what ever that is, never even knew they existed but if I ask for cooler, you normally TRUST, I won't make that mistake twice) So disappointed in them!!!

He kept saying it is not our fault you got the wrong merchandise. Four different employees and four different times and now I am out over $300.00 and never got my chainsaw running. He threatened to banned my company from shopping at Ace Hardware. One of the Styhl employees had disrespected me and after seeing how I was being treated by Eric apologized repeatedly. I wish Ace Hardware corporation would take out the time to see how rude this manager and employees are. I will be er step a foot inside that store again. Words can't explain my terrible experience. Im a grown man and left the store with so much disappointment and teary eyes. The guy has no business working at Ace Hardware

At our initial meeting with Kimberly, we were able to discuss ways to cut costs and she had some great suggestions. Sean passed by frequently to check on the work and was very thorough explaining each phase of the remodel. Everyone on their team was very professional and wore masks the entire time (back in 2020). We've since used them for a few smaller jobs, and we're looking forward to hiring them as we continue updates on our house!

Installation team worked through challenges of a heavy rainstorm, and completed the job this morning with the two gates, rail fastenings, post caps and full wipe down. While I have read the negative reviews posted, I can't correlate these to the Superior Fence folks that I worked with. The pricing from Superior Fence & Rail is competitive and we selected them because they are an established fence company with a solid reputation for quality workmanship. We are very happy with our choice. A word of caution is due for the installation crew's inability to effectively communicate in English. Lumber Liquidators is phase 2 (Phase 3: ???) (Phase 4: Profit) So, I drove out to Sanford with a slat of the remaining laminate to see if L.L. might have a match. Something I could use to replace the damaged section. Upon inspection they told me that my product was close to 10 years old--so no... No they didn't. However, they did have several newer models that were similar in color and design and gave me the lowdown on what I could do instead. After walking me through a few options I chose what was in my best interest...250 square feet of the lovely Auburn Walnut laminate. One week later it was in. When I went back out to pick it up, once again I was met with a staff that was on point. All very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent guest service through and through. Paid my bill, drove around back to their loading dock and got all the new gear, no sweat. Flood damage might be the worst thing that can happen to ones home (with the exception of fire or annihilation by Death Star) so I'd only wish that kinda devastation on the most heinous of my enemies. If that happens to be you (you know who you are) know this...Lumber Liquidators will take good care of you and your new floor

Eli is a new store manager there and he gave us exceptional customer service! I have lots of questions about the revised estimate after the measurement guy came out. Eli spent lots of time with me reviewing each line item explaining what the charge was for. It's very obvious that he is extremely knowledgeable about flooring and the installation process. He also was able to accommodate our quick timing so we could move into our new home before Christmas. Stellar job!
