They had all the needed parts in stock at very competitive prices. Their pump tech replaced the motor, pump shaft seal, and body in no time flat. Sam even gave me a little zip lock bag of o-ring grease when I couldn't remember if I had any at the house. I highly recommend them for any of your pool service needs.

I said, the heater has a code, I just need to see what the cost will be if any to have a tech come out and estimate. She kept cutting me off to say the techs are gone at 3pm everyday. And I cant help you with ANYTHING, I AM THE BOOKKEEPER.. She seemed like she may be sweet, but definitely should not be answering calls.. I called a different company, they set up coming out tomorrow with NO actual fee to estimate, they just charge $50 and apply to the repair. That is all I needed to know from this place and i would have been fine.. but "I AM JUST THE BOOKEEPER" was hard to take.. A answering machine would have been better..just to confirm, nothing bad happened with this company at all, just frustrated with the way they are gone at 3 and the person who answers the phone has NO info.. I've had them for about three months now and my pool has never looked better! Chris shows up around the same time every Thursday (even when it's raining buckets) and does a very thorough job. Between him and the owner, Jessica answering my calls each time (once on a weekend) and her patience with all my questions, they seem to truly care about their customers, which is really hard to find nowadays. I also appreciate the report they email me each week. If you want a Pool company with good work ethic, do yourself a favor and hire Mahalo Pool Service.

I also asked for the anchors that were included with the purchase of the unit and they failed to respond. I will include a photo of our pool 4 days after they last "treated/cleaned" it.
