Take a look at the steps, hot tub, pool as I added glass reflective tile- beautiful it's so much larger than the others I was quoted,, so not only did I get more for my money. I have this extra large pool, which is fantastic... truly beautiful and I didn't have to spend a small fortune to get it.. I had a warranty claim because lightning hit the pool panel and which Coastlife covered it for nothing.. no problem. Fixed it right away. The service I have received from these kind of people have been above and beyond.. glad I took my time and did the research. I'm a happy Canopy Creek resident. They still maintain it today.

All of the crew were caring gentlemen. Their courteousness was very grateful from this old lady. Always the area was left clean and prepared for the next part of the project. We met with Luke and designed our dream pool, as the one we had in our previous home was not to our liking. Everything in the plan we put-together was great. The problem was our site supervisor (Al) who didn't read the plan and failed to put the equipment where we wanted it and how it was illustrated on the plan, instead he put it where he wanted it...I didn't know this until we returned from a vacation. In doing so, he gave us $500 off the price (yippee) and said he could move it a little, but not where it supposed to go. What I am stuck with is exactly what I didn't want---a pool pump running right outside our bedroom window at all hours of the night, and a wife that is not sleeping because of it. So, my choice now is to either use my pool/hot tub when I want to or let my wife sleep peacefully at night and not use the pool/hot tub at all. I am currently looking into what it's going to cost me to get this done the way the plan was originally drafted and signed. My only words of advice when using this company - Be prepared to be your own site supervisor and be home the whole time they're working on it.

He gave me a detailed explanation of how the salt cell worked, what our options were (including not doing anything but simply adding chlorine manually), and cost. After getting cost estimates (which were much better than competitor's prices), Mozart was at our pool making the repair within 2 days. He replaced the salt cell and power cell. It's rare to find technicians who are highly knowledgeable, reliable, and reasonable. We've had AAA Tropical Pools help us find the best contractors for all our pool needs. We had to have pool leaks repaired and pool lights replaced. In both cases, AAA Tropical Pools connected us to great contractors. In addition, AAA Tropical Pools was also very good about walking me through pool issues on the phone, all for no charge!
