Saved over 50,000 using Coastlife!' I ask for four quotes , received two high price offers. one from the builders pool company for $224K.. then another quote for 190K.!!! And then I went to Coastlife. they gave me such a low quote, I started adding items like the sailfish,the two heating units(gas for hot tub, and heat pump for primary pool) I also added two fountains and a lighting package! Yes, I have disco and Mardi Gras as one of the light package choices!! Take a look at the steps, hot tub, pool as I added glass reflective tile- beautiful it's so much larger than the others I was quoted,, so not only did I get more for my money. I have this extra large pool, which is fantastic... truly beautiful and I didn't have to spend a small fortune to get it.. I had a warranty claim because lightning hit the pool panel and which Coastlife covered it for nothing.. no problem. Fixed it right away. The service I have received from these kind of people have been above and beyond.. glad I took my time and did the research. I'm a happy Canopy Creek resident. hired them for a weekly pool service since I'm not in the house full-time they hardly ever showed up pool was always green below the water level and dirty . The one time I saw the guy here cleaning and he was stoned earbuds in and stayed for about three minutes. They don't take your phone calls. They want you to do everything on their app so they can hide behind it. Terrible company. read more

Coupled with all the FAKE positive reviews, this place has NO BUSINESS building pools of any size. Turns out they had done a lot of sketchy business with many people who have lost a lot of money using CoastLife. After installing pools and supplying broken equipment they have come back over and over to "repair" their mistakes but those were feeble attempts at making it right but created more issues. DO NOT allow this company on your property. Criminal Craig ( as he is known ) is living large on the misfortune of his clients, yet if you do your homework, they "show" great reviews. They simply BUY their way out of bad BBB reviews as anyone who knows anything about the BBB is that they USED to be a legit scoring entity but are now corrupt and all bad reviews can be erased for $400. Long story short, CoastLife is a very poor choice unless you are ok with helping Craig get rich. read more

Our pool pump went out the week before we had a birthday party scheduled for our son. Craig and his team at Coastlife saved the day!! They came out the same day to determine the issue, and installed our new pump the next day. We had a minor issue a few weeks later and Craig came right back out to clear up the issue and get the pump running again. I notice that all of the good reviews are very outdated. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this company will not answer our requests for a refund of service charges. I've taken care of my own pool for years. When I retired I thought I would treat myself to a pool service. We hired this company two years ago and it's been an adventure. I think we've had seven different techs during that time, some good, some bad. I would just go with it and do whatever needed to be done between service visits. The last tech would come very early while it was still dark, spend at most 15 minutes, and leave algae growing on the walls. I tried correcting things with the company. A very nice supervisor came out and agreed with me and said he would try and rectify things but that didn't happen. I paid them monthly with an automatic payment , so when I canceled service they owed me a refund for 3 weeks. Didn't happen. Instead,I received a bill for the one week and some overdue bill for a chemical treatment that I knew nothing about. We called about our account, left a message, and got no callback. After a month we called back and spoke to a person who would "get back to us". Again, no response. Businesses should not avoid problems. Just call me back, explain how employees can be a pain, agree to part company, say you're sorry, and send me my refund. Then you won't get bad reviews. Amazing. read more

Craig, the owner, came out the very next day after I called, even though we were expecting a hurricane in two days time! My husband and I were trying to care for our pool ourselves, and not sure what we were doing wrong as the algae was getting worse day by day. Craig was able to fix that and other problems we were having with our pool. And now with Jesse maintaining our pool every week, it is clear blue and sparkling every day!
